And best thing in that I've bought it locked sprint prepare myself to unlock to use my carrier Guess what my DIGICEL SIM card works on it perfect at the try without unlocked it.     The phone was great, emphasis on was. I bought this phone a month ago and since then: -The battery cannot sustain more than 3 hours of use without a full charge. I will go on a run and track it with strava and if my phone isn't charged to 100% then it will die in the middle of the run. -The back of the phone is peeling off, exposing the internal hardware which completely negates the entire point of buying this model phone -The phone completely loses signal constantly, and it is completely random when it happens. Apps like instagram and youtube will work but the phone will be unable to receive texts and phone calls. -A new one as of today, the phone is running and playing my music and I am receiving calls but the screen will not turn on so I can't even restart the phone to fix it. It's just completely bricked and unusable. I had a galaxy s8 active for years and never had any of these issues, I don't know what their methodology for refurbishing phones is but it seems like either I got a bunk phone or maybe refurbishing phones just isn't the way, especially if these are the issues introduced.     sold me a non att model so it doesnt function and refuses my return. i have 3 S8 devices on ATT's network, they literly gaslit me and told me that ATT doesnt support the devices anymore due to being 5 years old funny im about to call you on an S8 with ATT service furthermore i purchased a different S8 active from you a year previously that works well on ATT i have three phone lines and they all use samsung S8 devices calling my attorney
