Galaxy S8 Active • Locked AT&T

Fantastic phone...best I've ever had. It took 3 years of hard abuse from me with that military grade case living up to its name. The phone was in perfect condition when it arrived and I couldn't have been happier with the purchase.

Ordered refurbished Galaxy S8 Active, and received a defective device that did not charge at all, phone charging port was eroded and had a piece broken off on the inside. I contacted customer support and they quickly helped me with getting my phone replaced. However the replacement phone was defective as well and had to send it back again for second time but customer service was very helpful once again and now I finally have a fully functional phone that I am very pleased with. So if your skeptical on whether or not to purchase at least know that if you are not satisfied with what you receive that the warranty will work in your favor to ensure you get what you expected eventually.

I wasn' sure about buying a refurbished phone, Figured it's guaranteed for 1 year and the prices are low so let's give it ago. Long story short I saved HUNDREDS of dollars buying this way and my Samsung 8 active works fantastic! Telling all my friends and they have all responded with that phone looks new and that the'll use back market for their next phone. Thank you thank you!

It`s to early to tell whether my purchase is awesome, but I can say I am very pleased with my purchase at this time. I`ve shared my purchase with family and friends and some of them are strongly considering making future purchases themselves. If i do not experience any problems with my S8 Active within the next thirty days i will be purchasing one of you refurbished lap tops. Price plus performance equals value to me. So for it`s a great value at this time.

Phone is in great physical condition, battery life is good. Put in sim card from my old s6 active and transferred data using Samsung smart switch. So far so good, have had the phone for a little over a week with out any problems. Would buy again from Black Market. Only one minor complaint... phone was supposed to be blue in color but is actually grey, but I can live with that. Good phone, Good price, Good deal. Thank you

I actually bought the wrong phone so I had to return this one but both Back Market and the seller of the phone were very helpful and polite and the return was hassle free. I would definitely use Back Market and the seller (Cellular Professor) again.

So far, I am very happy with this purchase! Still getting used to the phone and it's features, but so far - it's been great! I've never bought a used cell phone before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the fact that you warranty all of your products is a nice touch. Thanks for being the "cool kids" who are dedicated to re-purposing stuff...we need more people in the world like you! :)
