I loved the phone! I loved the customer service and I understood that when I bought it that the phone was refurbished so I was expecting some imperfections, but there was little to none. Unfortunately the first phone was not able to read my sim card, sent it back and was sent a different one, which stated that it was unlocked and GSM ONLY..it read my sim card but when I tried to connect it to my carrier..it was still locked to sprint and it would only work on CDMA. When I found another phone that would be compatible with my network it was more then I was willing to spend at that moment. However, I have not written off Backmarket. I love their vision and I will try again later.

I haven't been able to get at&t to change my old phone over to my new one! Over all it looks great and charged up fine, more later j. I finally got my phone hooked up! At&t was fast, everything in chinese! Fixed that, looks new, works great, ordered a cover. All in all, I'm very happy! Everything your company stated was true! I will recommend you all highly! Thank you j.j.

This was my first time ordering a refurbished phone, I wanted something nicer than I can afford brand new. Never again. The phone seemed fine at first but within months a grey crease developed across the screen where the phone folds, and soon the screen started being non-responsive to touch and a big black blot developed in the middle of the screen. I was relieved the phone was still under warranty, but that did me no good at all, as I was told "pressure" had been applied to the phone which nullified the warranty. Not clear on what that even meant exactly, and my take is that the warranty will always be voided based on something you can't disprove. I took very good care of the phone, I usually use my phones for 3-4 years, and this one I wold have been happy to use for years. I mostly feel dumb for buying a phone with an unknown history, and wasting my money. I would not recommend buying a used phone unless you do not have a better choice.
