I love my new phone! Big upgrade from my Galaxy S7 which I've had 6 years. Never thought a refurbished phone could look as good as a new. This is the first refurbished phone I've bought. I kind of worried but I ordered one described as excellent condition and that is what I got. I really can't tell this thing isn't brand new. Very happy so far.

So far, I am very happy with my phone! It is a huge upgrade from my previous one. I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone, but my son talked me into it, and I'm so glad he did! Buying a used phone is a whole new world to me, but It's great. The only thing I wish I would have done different is order the one that was excellent condition, as opposed to good. I tried to contact the seller and upgrade my order immediately, but couldn't figure out a way to do that. It's all good. I love it. Thank you!!

Everything was seemless. I'd never had a refurbished phone before, and I am so happy with my choice! There was only a minor dent near the cameras and no other scratches or scuffs, and that one is covered by the case anyway. The phone works brilliantly, and the actual purchasing process worked as it should. All in all, would 100% recommend.

This is the first refurbished phone I bought from Back Market and I'm very happy with what I got! This is a very nice upgrade to the Pixel 3 phone I had, and unfortunately, I needed a new SIM card to go with this because they were incompatible. The S22+ was in great physical condition and the speakers, battery, microphone, etc. all worked. It fit my Otterbox S22+ case just fine too.

This will be my 6th phone. I buy them for my kids and for the wife and I. From the first time till now I'm telling you you can't find a better refurbished phone. But I'm telling you the phone services, like T-Moble, Verizon are now charging for you to connect your new phone. Black Market will send you information how to swap the phone you ordered over. Use that info it will save you some cash. I will be using Black Market again.
