So far, rather disappointed... The purchasing experience was very simple but the quality of the actual product was not at all what I expected. Which is partially my fault as I didn't realize that this was 3rd party merchandise, meaning Back Market sells the product while someone else supplies the product. Which is fine but when I purchase a refurbished item in the "Good" grade, I did not expect to see deep gouges in the face of the watch & while I'd expect that from a "Fair" grade I was very disappointed when I noticed sensors weren't working & come to find out the back of the watch was broken where the sensors are located. But I've returned the product & was received by the supplier 5days ago now & I have heard anything other than "the supplier has received the item, if able to fix it then I'll have it back within 3 days & if not they will issue a refund within 2 days & I will be notified".......... Still waiting for well, anything? I messaged them this morning & the removed my return submission from my account on their site but still shows that I purchased the watch & then I received a notification stating I should leave a review about my new Samsung Galaxy Active2 Watch 44mm. Wh...
