Shipping was very quick and arrived early than expected. The outward appearance is in excellent condition and looks brand new. Performance at first was pretty good but it improved as I updated drivers. My only "bad" is the charging cord doesn't power the laptop if I'm using it, but that's minor. I did not contact the seller as it was an easy thing to fix on my end. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

still have this computer no issues. runs cyberpunk without sacrificing of frames and speed, emulating games well, and hadn't had any dips on any new games. recommend getting more memory for the laptop.

My package tooks 1 day more to arrive, and the box was open, the laptop is ok, for the price it is worth it I’m glad with my purchase, the laptop looks brand new and the headphones and mouse, i didn’t unexpected them and arrived them included. I’d like to buy more but i don’t have more money haha

everything still works to this day as I am typing from this laptop. The only issues are that the plastic in the corner of where it hides the hinge for the screen is loose but still intact and that when I use my laptop in a new wifi and return to the old wifi i have to restart the laptop so it can connect the wifi

Both type-C ports stopped working with video after 11 months. A 2nd monitor connected to a type-C/thunderbolt port showed "no signal" error on screen. Port provided power, but not video signal. I returner laptop to seller for repair. They returned it to me with a video of them testing it (showing it working). However, the C ports still did not work for me, even with 4 different new thunderbolt 3 cables. Seller said no to my second request for repair.

Admittedly, I was a little skeptical to buy a laptop as nice as this one online from a website that I have never heard of, however I was more than satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who may be looking for an upgrade!

This laptop works well on various video games like Fall Guys, Rocket League, Valorant, and more (the only thing about Rocket League is that the Discord menu will look stretched out since it is a pretty big game for a gaming laptop). The laptop works well and you can adjust the fan speed and the lights on the keyboard. Even after installing Windows 11, it still performs better, if not better, than Windows 10. Despite it being smaller and more compact than a regular PC, the graphics are amazing, and the laptop is super strong for a great price. The sound is pretty quiet on it, so make sure to adjust the master volume through your settings to make it louder if needed. This is a great purchase for a high school/college student who also likes to game on their free time :D
