I have been a fan of Dell products for over 2 years. They are always well constructed and perform well. This mouse is no exception. I bought this to go with my gaming PC to tie in with my Lightsync speakers, keyboard and headset. I love how they look together all in sync, and how they sync with what is happening on the screen. It's a really cool effect, especially for gaming. The mouse is quick and responsive and works very well for my needs. Very happy with my purchase!

The computer is awesome... only trouble is that the power cord sent with the laptop has the wrong connector (unable to plug it into the computer at all to charge it)... We had to spend $20 to order one online that fits and has enough power to work with this laptop... wish we could have avoided this... Thank you for taking time to listen! Blessings, Debbie Banks

It arrived a bit dusty and the light doesn't work, also a few of the clips on one of the panels were broken but the remaining clips were sufficient enough to hold and after giving it a good cleaning it started up perfectly and runs smoothly and is very silently. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

~2 weeks in now, and I am so far really pleased with this purchase. Nice price for a gaming capable pc, and the seller was great to work with. I had some shipping issues and they helped me sort it quickly and kindly. I am a novice with PC stuff, but I have not been disappointed. It runs mostly well, but can be somewhat slow to load now and then. For the price I got it, if that remains my only issue, I am a-ok.

This is a awesome PC we use it for surveillance monitoring and it’s awesome, shipping was fast also.

The only thing I ordered on Back Market that came as advertised or came at all. Nice to get what you actually paid for.

so the purchase clearly specified a 1TB SSD storage in the device on Backmarket. Unit arrived with an HDD, and a very poor performance one at that and under all operating conditions, even with zero processes, is pegging at 100% usage. Under light load conditions the average response time is well over 900ms, and is completely unacceptable and unusable, even after updates. For $1K this is far worse than my cheap $500 Dell 5100 series. It's supposed to be high performance.

Obtained Alienware Aurora r10 recently It powers up but i haven't been capable of using it in any way since no signal is being picked up by monitors at all

We are so happy with this computer! It is like brand new and came to us swiftly. We hope to buy another asap

By all appearances the computer looks new. I can't find anything wrong with it, but if I could have ordered it without Windows installed I would have. I am a Linux fan.. You're costumer service is great too, kept me informed and the computer arrived a lot faster than I expected.
