I have ordered from back market for years and have had several Apple products from them. Everything was what you ordered, came in on time, and never hesitated to help if I ever needed anything. You cannot go wrong from going to back market for great deals and especially refurbished Apple products. They are great!

it’s been great, fully functional, very quickly shipped, and in great condition… except for a visible scratch underneath the glass on the top right bezel. it was labeled excellent and it really and truly is, but it also seemed like something that totally would have been noticed during refurbishing. i got it for cheaper so it doesn’t seem right to take a star off for it, but definitely worth noting.

This iPad was in outstanding condition and it works very well for the price paid. Despite it being refurbished, it stays charged for an optimal amount of time. I was skeptical at first because I really don’t buy anything refurbished. I selected the excellent condition and when I received it, it was like brand new! It doesn’t have any scratches at all. It works perfectly. I’ve had it for a few days and so far I’ve no issues with it. I’m so happy with my purchase! It arrive with 80% battery life and I was able to fully change it.

I recently purchased a refurbished iPad from Back Market, opting for the "Good" condition. The listing mentioned that the screen would be in perfect condition, with imperfections only on the back, so I was a bit surprised to find some minor scratches on the screen. They are barely noticeable when the screen is on, but it's worth mentioning. The only other issue I encountered was with the charger—it doesn’t actually charge the tablet, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, the iPad functions perfectly, and I’m still overall happy with the purchase. I would recommend it to others, but just be aware that there might be small discrepancies between the listing description and the actual condition. (in the picture, I have already put my screen protector on, so the scatches on the screen aren't visible)
