I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...

I absolutely love my new watch. It performs perfectly, it came in excellent condition. It truly is an amazing watch. I was blown away with just how easy it is to use. I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

This is my first time using apple product and i really loved this mouse that too refurbished. I bought the excellent condition one , appearance wise very new no trace of any scratches . Very satisfied with performance and the battery life too. It already came with good charging percent. Its been 3 days since it arrived

I love my Apple Watch. It works perfectly. I had tried all types of other smart watches from Garmin, Amazon and Fitbit but all of them felt clunky and lacking what I really needed. This watch has made my life 100x easier by connecting seamlessly with my iPhone. I am so happy that I could get it at only a fraction of the cost of a new one. The condition of this device is really great the only thing is there is a few light scratches on the screen other than that everything is great. iPad powers on and turns off without any problems. I would recommend checking out a refurbished tablet or iPad from BackMarket as they have really great deals and have very reasonable prices for the devices that they sell. Overall my recent order meets my expectations and I have no complaints

Ok so I finally received my IPad & it’s absolutely everything that I thought it would be I was a little throw off by the packaging because I was expecting my original box or something close to it but it comes like it’s a insurance replacement I had to remember tho on the website it does explain that these are refurbished items that range anywhere from FAIR GOOD OR EXCELLENT I ordered excellent I also thought i ordered a gold iPad but it came in silver no biggie but so far original boxing or not by far a great product & works great brand new charger the actual fast block by Apple charger came with this I love it I left plenty of videos & pictures to review & the case first amazing 5stars⭐️
