I was definitely a bit apprehensive about purchasing refurbished let alone not from an authorised retailer, but back market has not only earned my permanent business but also granted me peace of mind about purchasing in the future. I ordered a 2019 MacBook Pro 16" in good condition and couldn't be more pleased. Outside of a few light scratches on the exterior casing it arrived in great condition; far better than expected. Battery life is what is to be expecting out of a refurbished device, so no complaints there. I highly recommend both Back Market as well as the seller Omaha Blue for your purchasing needs. Great value, easy process, fast shipping, and an overall great customer service experience! 10/10 will certainly buy again.

My product arrived promptly, and the entire process was easy and simple enough. I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro 16” in “good” condition, and was very satisfied with what I received. My only negative was the charging block I received does not work. The cord was also extremely dirty, but it does work!

I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

It handles my work tasks smoothly without any performance issues However, since this is a refurbished product, there are a few things worth noting: Keyboard Issues: Some keys only started functioning properly after repeated use. It seems like they were sticky or unresponsive at first. Brightness Adjustment: The automatic brightness adjustment doesn't seem to work well. It doesn't transition correctly from dark to bright environments or vice versa. Cosmetic Flaws: There are visible scratches and signs of wear and tear. They don’t affect performance, so I can overlook them, but worth mentioning for those who care about aesthetics.few quirks and cosmetic imperfections, but delivers good performance.
