Came earlier than expected and was wrapped safe and securely for transport. There were no visible cosmetic issues, no scratches, smears or anything at all! It works great and no one can believe the amazing deal I got for it either! I’m very happy with my purchase!

Well, it got here a day early, packed perfectly, looks great, works great. I love it! Guess I’ll have to find something else to complain about :-/

display is so much better than my old Intel iMac. Very pleased. This is my forth experience with Back Market and have not been disappointed.

So far, your monitor is everything I expected. Thank you for that. Do you happen to have any MAC Pro CPUs? I am looking for one with an M1 or higher chip. I am certainly willing to be a reference for the Quality of your McIntosh displays. I am so positive about Back Market that I now recommend it to Mackintosh users. So far, I have received two different items from the company. The display is fantastic and everything I expected and wanted the other was an iPad mini that metal Moniz how do you very good price. I strongly support Back Market as my "go-to" company for Apple for Apple products I will be using Back N-Market for all my Apple needs. Paul

I love ordering from BackMarket. Great process, and fast shipping and great communication. This Studio Display is amazing and would make it impossible to go back to another monnitor.

Great monitor with built-in camera that does what I need. Will need a lot of dongles to work properly with my M1 MacBook Pro, but it gets the job done.

Tried to go to help center, but there's nothing there that accurately describes my situation. I received my item. It worked for about a week. Then it no longer powered on or connected to any computers. (I tried 3 computers). Here's what I think happened. I think maybe this item was refurbished because it originally had a broken octopus cable? And then the refurbisher replaced it with an after-market one. And now that one is broken. Anyway, I'm very sad that this monitor was a dud, and cost me several hundred dollars. Not sure what to do. I left it at my cabin, which is why I bought it - to have a larger external monitor at my cabin for when I work there.

I ordered the Thunderbolt Display Monitor in excellent condition, and it arrived as nice as I had hoped. Working beautifully and is just what I wanted. The screen is great, and as a creative employee/video editor, that's super important. It was well packaged, and arrived several days earlier than expected, too. The only issue I encountered was that they forgot to send me the power cord, but when I reached out about it, they responded promptly and immediately shipped it to me - so I'm very happy with the customer service as well. Great experience, and I'm really glad that I went with a refurbished product rather than something new.
