Great monitor with built-in camera that does what I need. Will need a lot of dongles to work properly with my M1 MacBook Pro, but it gets the job done.

Well, it got here a day early, packed perfectly, looks great, works great. I love it! Guess I’ll have to find something else to complain about :-/

arrived in excellent condition, just what I needed

Tried to go to help center, but there's nothing there that accurately describes my situation. I received my item. It worked for about a week. Then it no longer powered on or connected to any computers. (I tried 3 computers). Here's what I think happened. I think maybe this item was refurbished because it originally had a broken octopus cable? And then the refurbisher replaced it with an after-market one. And now that one is broken. Anyway, I'm very sad that this monitor was a dud, and cost me several hundred dollars. Not sure what to do. I left it at my cabin, which is why I bought it - to have a larger external monitor at my cabin for when I work there.

Works great!

Product was great but the packaging was terrible. Someone used packing tape to tape foam to the monitor. I spent 30 minutes trying to clean tape glue off of the back. It’ll never look new. I'll add that the main cable used to connect the monitor shows significant wear which will present issues down the road.
