Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

The laptop showed up exactly when they said it would, in exactly the condition they said it would. The reported specifications were accurate. The laptop itself is marvelous. Asus g14 rog zephyrus. I would recommend both the laptop, the seller, and Back Market.

Review for Back Market: 5/5. Delivery was fast, and customer service was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions. As advertised, my A15 arrived in very good condition, and I can't detect any hardware issues in Windows 11. Would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone looking for good, refurbished hardware. Review for the A15: 3/5. Good design, chassis is tough, price is decent for a refurbished laptop with middling components. The fact that it's (mostly) upgrade-able is the important part for me, I just needed something with a GPU. That said, I have a lot of issues with this. Firstly it's Windows 11 only, which sucks, but most people know that so I'm skipping it as a point. ASUS' approach to hardware control is truly awful. All hardware control has been relegated from the BIOS to Armoury Crate, which is the bloatware that ASUS keeps installed on the motherboard. What that means is that if you completely wiped everything from the laptop and did a fresh install of Windows, you would have no way to control the power consumption, fan speed, GPU usage, etc, without installing garbage software. And Armoury comes packaged with AURA, more ASUS crapware, which uses even more resources for something you might not need unless you really like messing with RGB stuff on your laptops. The hilarious part is that you still can't have precise control of the fan curves even with Armoury installed. It only has power consumption presets, and you can't customize it. I wouldn't be so upset about this if there were still hardware controls in the BIOS. The idea that you'd remove and replace it with a piece of software that takes far more resources than is reasonable is insane to me. With only 8gb of ram, Windows + ASUS bloatware takes up about 7 of it. Good luck doing anything on this device without installing new ram. Still, if you plan to just get an laptop to upgrade parts, or if you don't mind dealing with annoying, bloated software, then this is still a solid choice for a consumer with a budget. Would not recommend for gaming unless you plan on replacing parts or playing on lower settings. Ryzen 5 4600H is pretty outdated, and 8GB is not nearly enough for anything made post 2012.

It arrived on time and in good packaging but the laptop and charger were dirty. On top of that, there is a screw missing on the bottom. I'm not sure if that was there before they received the item to refurbish or if they forgot it after the fact. The price of the laptop at MSRP was definitely not over 3,000 also.

Whoever wrapped this, they put it in a single layer of bubble wrap in a huge box, dropped it in, and then threw a few sheets of more bubble wrap. Not even enough to fill the box. This laptop was slung around in a 24x24 box for two days with less than an inch of cushioning on three sides. A piece of the grate for the speaker/vent broke off, but luckily the screen isn’t busted. It’s aesthetic damage, but that’s pretty lame for a $1900 purchase. It’s not worth my time to return it- I need it for work now - but don’t buy from this seller, because this could’ve been a lot worse and I’d hate for it to happen to someone else.

I wouldn't buy from this seller again though. Other than the fact that they said it has a webcam, but doesn't, and other than the fact that I had to do a factory reset to get everything to work properly, it's pretty alright.
