    Phone works like brand new. I bought it in fair condition a bit nervous but was very pleasantly surprised. The case has worked exactly how I needed. My only qualm was the screen protector I received was too small for my phone so I did have to order a new one. Would definitely recommend backmarket for devices though!

    Ended up buying a more durable phone case from Amazon. The clear case I purchased from Back Market doesn’t seem to be very durable. Not a bad phone case. But I would rather have a phone case that can withstand drops and impacts.

    Case fits suuuper snug but fits well & doesn’t have a weird hue it’s pretty nice & clear as of 1 week. It does have a back market logo which I’m not feeling, but I did not pay close enough attention when I bought it so that’s a me problem. The protector was real easy to put on too! Time will tell if it holds up.

    In general It seems like a really nice case however, The button on the right side is hard to operate. When I try to shut the phone off, half the time it turns on Siri and other times when I need to double swipe, it doesn’t work. Very frustrating

    The case is snug, but unlike other cases it is very easy to remove and install. My magnetic phone holder holds the phone firmly even though it’s through the case. This is very nice case and a great value.

    My Market Case for my iPhone 11 and the protective screen is amazing, but the fact that it has been made with recycled plastic makes it even better! The condition was brand new & it has protected my phone perfectly already. I have a 18 month old grandson that I take care of daily. He has already taken it off a table & dropped it but my phone is still in perfect shape.

    This Iphone 12 is my first purchase from Back Market, and I am now a permanent customer. The Iphone 12 works wonderfully. I so enjoy it. I have told my friends to get there phones from you guys, because the quality is unsurpassible. Victoria Everett (The one thing that I would have done,though,is buy a new battery. But that was my mistake.)

    I ordered an iPhone SE (2020/2022) and have been very pleased with it. It looks brand new and was given instructions to set it up which also worked perfectly! I’ve already told my family to check out Back Market when they need a new phone. I’ll certainly be back!
