it’s perfect. i had lost a year old bose qc, same color and i was devastated. but this was basically brand new, i’m so glad i bought a refurbished pair ! i would’ve accepted just the headphones but i received everything in the original new package.

I was surprised on how fast it got delivered, then I was more surprised when I opened the package. Overall condition is mint, no scratches no nothing... the only downside is the case, I got a generic case rather than the original but hey, this is refurbished item so I wasn't having high expectations.

The Bose SoundSport wired earphones arrived on time and in excellent condition. They look great in red and deliver the premium sound quality Bose is known for clear highs, deep bass, and very comfortable for long listening sessions.

They arrived it perfect condition. the only scuff I saw was on the inside of its travel case, and even then it was barely noticeable. been using it every day to block out noise on my lunch breaks at work and while I shop

The headphones look great (almost like new) and work perfectly. They came with a charging cable and a low profile case that looks very similar to the original BOSE case, just without the brand name on it. One charge lasted me for an entire 15+ hours audio book and the noise canceling is so effective that my family members startle me all the time when they show up out of the blue right in front of me, and vacuuming has become a joy instead of a chore! The Bluetooth connection is stable and I can move pretty far away from the phone or tablet. Happy all around :-)

Literally everything I was hoping for and more. They’re perfect for me bc I have a brother who loooves playing the drums and electric guitar and it gets annoying. With these headphones, I was so surprised that I couldn’t hear him playing!!! Noise cancellation was the biggest reason I got these and oh my god they didn’t disappoint!

Arrived extremely quickly and in perfect condition. So far they have worked great. However - the Bluetooth device list was not cleared, and the headphones were still paired with an unknown iPhone from their previous owner. Also, there were internal settings changes that had not been reset that I had to fix using the Bose app (namely, the automatic shutoff feature was set to 5 minutes, when the default is Never). I had no problems fixing these issues, so I'm still giving 5 stars. However I found these oversights highly unprofessional and would urge the distributor to put more effort into making their products a 'blank slate.'

The Bose SoundTrue earphones in black arrived right on time and in excellent condition. The sound quality is superb—clear highs, rich bass, and super comfortable to wear. The packaging was secure, and the product was exactly as described. Very satisfied with this purchase.

My Bose Bluetooth speaker arrived a day early, and in perfect condition. It is everything that I thought it would be… it sounds wonderful. The warranty policy for 1 year is a great incentive, also. I don’t anticipate needing to use it, but if needed, I am glad to know that it is there. I recommend buying from Back Market, whole heartedly.

Packaged really well. Looks like new. Works perfectly!
