I was surprised on how fast it got delivered, then I was more surprised when I opened the package. Overall condition is mint, no scratches no nothing... the only downside is the case, I got a generic case rather than the original but hey, this is refurbished item so I wasn't having high expectations.

Arrived extremely quickly and in perfect condition. So far they have worked great. However - the Bluetooth device list was not cleared, and the headphones were still paired with an unknown iPhone from their previous owner. Also, there were internal settings changes that had not been reset that I had to fix using the Bose app (namely, the automatic shutoff feature was set to 5 minutes, when the default is Never). I had no problems fixing these issues, so I'm still giving 5 stars. However I found these oversights highly unprofessional and would urge the distributor to put more effort into making their products a 'blank slate.'

The headphones I received were like new and perform excellently. My only issue is that they smell overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke-- both the headphones and the storage case. In the week since I received them, I have aired them out and wiped them down (I used Odoban on the case). I've made some progress, but they are still pretty rank.
