reasonable price and shipping was good and product works as advertised. very happy with them and the printer.

It is a great purchase and I'm fully happy with it. I thought it was a great value. The remote did not work, but that may be us. We couldn't get the pages on the PowerPoint to change using the remote.

Worked great for printing after a little routine maintenance and having the unit self clean cartridges. Some cosmetic issues that were fixed with a magic eraser.

Scanner arrived without USB power/data cable as specified in Backmarket listing (" The product ships with all relevant accessories, a minimum 90-day warranty, and may arrive in a generic box.") There was no manual or software either. After finding my own USB cables, I still couldn't install it. The computer wasn't seeing it. Eventually, I found it was because the USB port on the scanner has an intermittent connection. Once I held the jiggled the port during install, the scanner power light illuminated and I was able to install it using downloaded software and drivers. As long as I don't move it, and use my own USB cable, it seems to function, so it's not worth a wasteful cost of shipping back. I just wish Backmarket had accurate listings and the quality control was better, because this happens more often than it should.

it came on time in the morning and the item works as brand new I will be shopping on this app from now on .

Was sent out with print heads so bad print was unreadable. Tried cleaning heads many times which was just a waste of ink. had to return.
