So this speaker is phenomenal. I bought this for 100, shipping made it 107-8, and let’s just say this thing looks and performs way better than anticipated. Firstly, no marks at all, granted I got this in excellent condition but it’s splendid it holds up to quality chosen. Then, the speaker got was the Charge 5 WiFi, the one that goes for around 200+ new, and it works like a charm. In very blessed about this purchase and surprise, with or without the WiFi version I would not have been disappointed.

WOW, I swear this speaker is brand new. It came in the original JBL box with even the protector cloth over the speaker. Looks brand new and even smells new. (People use it around camp fires and stuff and that smell will stick to the fabric) I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase, it's amazing. Thank you Backmarket!

I always love buying from BackMarket. I’ve gotten a few things over a few years and it’s always been as expected. With this speaker. I could not tell it was refurbished. Great deal for such a good speaker. Great audio quality and sturdy.

There are a few little parts where you can tell there is preowned wear on the device and packaging however so far the sound quality is good as new and operating regularly. Pairing easily with my phone and other bluetooth devices. Only time will tell, but glad to get another refurbished speaker if it's quality.

the speaker is in great shape; you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever refurbished. the sound quality is amazing, the battery has lasted for days now (I use it mostly to listen to music while I shower). the box came a little dented like it was dropped -maybe in transit- but that's not even a real complaint. very satisfied so far! (I've had it about 2 weeks, haven't charged it at all yet). easy to connect to my phone, too.

The headphones are amazing, bass hits really well and the noise canceling is very good, although if my music is paused for a long time my headphones won’t play music despite being connected to my phone.

I love these headphones, they were exactly what I was looking for in an over ear noise cancelling headphone. They are light and comfortable and I can wear them hours on end. The noise cancelling effect works well for when I need some chill time!

I've had these headphones for over a week now, and they are exactly what I was looking for! As a very busy person, having headphones helps me stay focused. They are also very ear-piercing friendly. The audio quality is excellent. While they are a bit on the heavy side, I love them overall!

It's fine it arrived well physically and everything, but it happens to me that with my iPhone 16 pro the bluetooth signal makes a lot of interference when connecting or with high end iPhones, I don't know if it's the speaker the problem, or the iPhone software.
