The speaker is just as perfect as if I bought it new. I am very happy with this purchase because as a musician it is very important to have at least a decent speaker nearby, and I feel like I've won the lottery with this refurbished JBL. It came with original box, and the shipping was super fast. Simply great!

the speaker is in great shape; you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever refurbished. the sound quality is amazing, the battery has lasted for days now (I use it mostly to listen to music while I shower). the box came a little dented like it was dropped -maybe in transit- but that's not even a real complaint. very satisfied so far! (I've had it about 2 weeks, haven't charged it at all yet). easy to connect to my phone, too.

Back Market disappointed me this time, I bought and ordered a JBL Flip 6 in blue in excellent condition and I received a JBL Flip 4 and the quality is decent, you can see the details of use, I give the product a rating of 6 out of 10, because the cable is not the one used by the speaker, it came to me with a type C cable and not a mini USB, I sincerely do not recommend the platform for these types of details, and I have two more products on the way that I ordered and I hope they arrive in excellent condition and the model that appears in the Back Market app. and I can't believe that these types of online platforms do that. With eBay, Amazon and Best buy that has never happened to me

It came on really good conditions, shipping was fast, and also with original packaging, only flaws it was a little bit of dirt trapped on the speakers body, easily removed it with some tweezers and looked like new so yeah recommend it!!
