beautiful monitor and display. exactly as a brand new one! never spending the money on new tech again. refurbished is the way to go. very quick delivery and fulfillment speed. packed securely and came with cords, warranty and instruction manual. perfect condition. pretty tall stand for a monitor but it tilts so thats okay. has a solid base to balance and secure the screen with cord storage.

First time I ordered from Back Market. The monitor arrived early, and in great condition. This refurbished Acer 15inch monitor looks brand new, and it also came with all the necessary cables. Will definitely order from back market again.

Great purchase! The monitor is sharp, crisp, looks brand new, but was a quarter of the price. I don't think I'll ever buy a monitor at full price again! Not to mention that shipping was faster than promised, and included in the listed price.

Hi! Now that I have the right cable, my Dell 19-inch Momitor connected to my second MadBook Pro M1 and makes editing on FCP more pleasant than editing on my MBP’s 13-inch display. It also makes watching news more pleasant. Getting help over the phone in buying this monitor was nice as well. I like the way the Dell 24-inch monitor looks better than this one, but it’s no big deal. I may need to do something on my end in the display system settings. Thanks! Dwan

First off the Benq 27-inch monitor is great! Just as described. So big thumbs up on that. The down side of this experience is I purchased it along with a Mac Studio unit. After a couple days I received a message that the Mac Studio wasn't available (even though the same unit continued be listed on the site days later). But they shipped the monitor without first checking with me to see if I wanted to continue with the purchase. I decided to keep the monitor because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Though I was disappointed that the product I ordered and was charged for turned out not to be available, Back Market redeemed itself with the excellent customer service they provided after the fact. I had to pivot to a new setup but I am ultimately happy with the purchase of the monitor.

The only negative issue I had with this order is that the power cable it came with doesn't plug into an outlet, and only into the back of a PC, which I don't currently have. So, I had to use other cables.

Honestly the lack of a power cable and screws for the stand was surprising as this was my first ever pc and monitor bought. Overall good experience, will update when I get cash to buy a power cable and screws 💀🙏

This is my first purchase off Back Market. While I got a really REALLY good deal on this monitor, I still had my suspicions that it was too good to be true; maybe the screen had a huge gash I just had to live with, or the screen was burnt in, or there were broken pixels. The day my monitor arrived (which btw only took 2 days), I sat down for hours inspecting it for any minute flaw. I used this monitor all night between writing a paper and playing Cyberpunk, Oblivion, and RDR2 and honest to God this feels like a brand-new purchase. I've ran up the display to the moon and back. There is nothing wrong with this, which again, for a $430 PC that I got for just $193 INCLUDING NORTON Protection Plan for 5 devices is absolutely insane to me (and as a full-time student every penny counts). If I ever need another monitor, I will be buying from this seller again.

Was in perfect condition and was very impressed with the packaging for shipment. It also arrived on time which I'm beyond grateful for. I even got to enjoy removing the scratch protection film myself!
