Honestly, it's the best gift from me to me lol, I am soon starting a business and I need a good working laptop to be on the go, And back market was the place to go to when need equipment. I will be buying more stuff from them soon

This is awesome! I had to get a new laptop for work but didn't have the budget to go drop $800 on a new one. Got this one in "excellent condition" and that describes it perfectly. Looks like it was never even touched before. Is working perfectly, charged up quickly and holding the charge. What an awesome deal.

The Dell Latitude laptop came delivered in a well designed protected box and the laptop looked brand new for half the cost of what would have been a new laptop if I hadn't bought from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished laptops easily available. This saved my dad a ton of money and works just as good as a new laptop for him. The plus side it comes with a 1yr warranty so he was less concerned of it being a used laptop once he heard its covered if he has any hardware issue arise while using it.

Delivery was quick. But did not deliver the correct laptop. Ordered Dell Latitude 5420 14-inch (2021) - Core i5-1145G7 - 16GB - SSD 512 GB with Backlit keyboard, and OS - Window 11. The laptop delivered to me does not have a Backlit keyboard. I truly need the one with a backlit keyboard, please. Thank you.

Latitude 5520 arrived on time and in great condition! The battery lasts shorter than advertised, but that's to be expected on one this old. Overall very satisfied with a great deal. I purchased it in "fair" condition.

I’m very pleased with the Dell Latitude 5400 I received. It arrived in excellent condition, even though listed as Fair, with no noticeable wear or issues. The laptop runs smoothly, feels solid, and the battery life is impressive for a used device. Overall, a great value and a hassle-free purchase. Highly recommend!

the recent order arrived promptly and in good condition , however it was a Latitude 5590 i5-8250U @ 1.6 GHz , not the Latitude 5590 i5-8350U @ 1.7 GHz listed , it did have a FHD display so that's not a deal breaker i was looking for identical laptops to give to my nephews , its always nice to get what you expect the Regadget folks are not perfect , but they are pretty good

Awesome laptop especially for this price. It had a scratch and 80% on the battery but that’s just stuff you should expect buying refurbished electronics. I will definitely consider buying from black market again
