My experience with the back market as a whole website was awesome everything was easy laid out easy to find deals were flat in your face but where I had a problem with on the backend I ordered a drone and it was delivered but not to me can’t find it none of the neighbors say they have it so I am out drone money at all and it sucks

The drone showed up on time and in very good condition. It is the first drone I have flown and I am enjoying the experience very much. The only real negative...the instructions are poor, poor, poor. I have used the printed instructions and online resources and finally done some flying.

I ordered this item 3 times. The first 2 times they cancelled an order in Excellent Condition, claiming stock problems, though payment was accepted.l The 3rd time, the price I paid is what Good Condition was sold at. Item was missing the spare propellers, screws and tool for them, as well as the gimbal protector which should have been over the camera when it was shipped to prevent damage. On top of that, the drone is listed here as 40GB when it is actually 20GB. I hate having to return items due to costs of shipping (environmental and financial) - but being offered a $10 refund wasn't going to cover it. Very disappointing.

They scammed me by sending me a fake Fed Ex tracking number. They are liars and thieves.

I feel like I paid way more than what the product is worth. I'm scared to even fly it in the slightest wind cause it's so light.

it looks very nice but really isn't as friendly as I expected and also hasn't asked me to set up licensing for using it in NYC. Also the Iphone holder in the remote is shitty at best and keeps on dropping the phone.....

It didn't have the harness and it had a faulty battery. But I had a broken drone with a good harness so overall I'm enjoying it
