Back market has always been my go-to for affordable refurbished phones. Great phone that works perfectly!

I love this phone, it's great good my needs: still has a headphone jack in case my headphones run out of battery, still has a micro SD slot of for extra storage, still a great phone despite being "mid-range". Seller sent the phone next day, and it arrived on time, so I was extremely happy with the service and with Back Market in general. Can't wait to use this service again the next time I need a phone!

The only thing I am unsure about is when I answer a call, it drops the call. I am not sure if this is me or the phone. A reboot often corrects this issue, but should I have to reboot my phone every day? Other than this issue, I am very happy with the purchase.

Phone works great it's everything I expected except for the plastic backing that they put on the phone is coming off and I can't get it to pop back in but other than that everything works the way it's expected My phone came with the charger and everything else works just thought it was a 5G phone

So far, so good! The phone is in great quality (as described) and while I cannot find the max battery setting, it is lasting almost 48 hrs with moderate use! It was also unlocked and easy to insert my wife's SIM card. All in all, we've had a great experience and we'll be getting our next phone from Back Market!

Delivery was on time. All 3 devices ordered were in great condition, no issues. Great price for the quality of the items.

This is 1 of 2 phones I purchased. Another compete scam that Backmarket won't back. I ordered it in Excellent condition yet received it in Poor condition. Back of the phone including the camera area looks like someone took steel wool to it. And the actual sides of the phone are all beat up. Backmarket wanted me to pay to ship it it back when it wasn't even close to being perfect. Their "warranty" is a complete scam as nothing seems to actually qualify. And I have to pay for shipping something that is a complete scam by their sellers. This site used to stand behind what they sell. Not the case anymore.

Fast delivery very good condition although rated fair. Only thing was arrived with no charge at all so it took time to charge before I could test

Great phone, works like new and super fast shipping. I am happy with Backmarket customer service and devices. The first phone wouldn't connect to my Sim so I sent it back, but the second phone works like a charm.

Ordered 2 unlocked phones- galaxy a52 5g both in 'good' condition. One was in good condition but was not unlocked and would continuously go through the power cycle. The other would power on but was also not unlocked and 2 of the 3 camera lenses were scratched or cracked. Customer service is incredibly slow, you cant actually speak with a human either on the phone (phone number says its down for maintenance) or via chat. So incredibly frustrated thar I am just returning the phones.
