Buying the expensive present model of Galaxy earphones didn't make sense for as the newer model is coming out soon, but I wanted a good pair to tie me over, so after coming across the Back Market ad on one of the NYC subway trains, checked out the website. I decided on this refurbished model. It is very good value for money. The quality is great and the process of payment and receipt of product was flawless. Thanks.

I just received my order today, and I have to say the Galaxy Buds 2 look brand new, everything is perfect. I am so happy that I bought them. Very happy customer, great seller and service, I will diffently come back for other purchases.

They were shipped and received in a timely manner no issue there. The appearance of the ear buds are good. The audio is wonderful and connecting to my phone was super easy. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is one the right ear buds the little black piece at ever top is came off. The site was very easy to use and it was very easy to purchase.

Well I bought them in fair condition so my expectations weren't huge. It's my third pair of this product from back market. A small grill fell off, it seems to impact the touch features a little. Sound quality and features are mostly not affected, and back market service has always been good. Tread lightly I guess, they're great refurbished products but at "fair" quality they are far from perfect. I will say they're clean and do exactly what it should.

Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.

Purchased excellent condition 4/5 - Delivery Fast and efficient. My delivery dates kept changing, making it hard to schedule someone to be home for the delivery. 5/5 - Appearance The box and case were in good condition. No dents, marks, or stains. Tape residue left on the box. 5/5 - Sound I didn't experience crackling or muffled sound. Both earbuds work perfectly. 4/5 - Microphone The mic works well. Like the sound, I experienced no crackling. 2/5 - Charge The case charges. However, the charge lasts for less than 24 hours (without use). You will need to recharge after ever use. In addition, the left earbud doesn't charge past 25%. Right earbud worked well. Overall, I'm satisfied. I needed a right bud replacement so the issues with the left and case doesn't impact me. However, if you are looking for a full replacement, be aware. TIP - If you struggle connecting the earbuds to your phone, scan the pamphlet. Connecting them through my samsung account worked the best.

I bought these and they arrive within the same week of purchasing. when I received them, they looked brand new. They sounds amazing and I love them.

I received the item two days ago. it's too early to give you my honest opinion but I do get some static interference here and there. The casing is worn out and heavy scratches I was expecting a much better casing for an item listed as good . The casing looks more like an item in fair condition
