Well I bought them in fair condition so my expectations weren't huge. It's my third pair of this product from back market. A small grill fell off, it seems to impact the touch features a little. Sound quality and features are mostly not affected, and back market service has always been good. Tread lightly I guess, they're great refurbished products but at "fair" quality they are far from perfect. I will say they're clean and do exactly what it should.

I lost my previous earbuds over a month ago, I took it as a sign to upgrade. They connected to my devices with ease and sound quality and noise canceling works like wonders. Perfect for over the phone meetings or just to listen to music, gald I made this purchase.

They are amazing. It has a little crack, but they’re in good shape. They stay in my ear very good. Great sound quality. It was a really good deal. Thanks again back market.

So far great quality. Work amazingly. Like the other purchases I made, did not have any visible damages or scratches. Price, incredible.

purchase said it was gonna come the 4th of June (4 days after purchase). it came on the 9th. overall, everything was pretty good with the product.

they look brand new and sound brand new the sound is 200$ but the cost is less than 100. worth it, came a little late but it was worth the wait. along with the warranty. 👍

The Buds came in a bit later than expected but the quality and state of the buds are amazing as if they were brand new.
