Well I bought them in fair condition so my expectations weren't huge. It's my third pair of this product from back market. A small grill fell off, it seems to impact the touch features a little. Sound quality and features are mostly not affected, and back market service has always been good. Tread lightly I guess, they're great refurbished products but at "fair" quality they are far from perfect. I will say they're clean and do exactly what it should.

Honestly very content with my order at least a day into it. although the case is a bit dirty, the buds work excellent and couldnt really ask more more on a "fair" quality item

just got them. was skeptical at first because normally I go for the shops with ratings and stars. this one actually fulfilled quickly. app didn't update on progress (stayed on Preparing and went straight to Delivered today.). I recommend this supplier!
