The item was not "excellent" quality. The touch pads are scratched and one has a chip. The ear bud charging pads are scratched. The case is scratched. And the seller only offers refund, not replacement. These don't seem to be refurbished at all, just cleaned.

These airbus’s are the best. Long battery life, don’t look weird in my ear. Everything was there when I received it, which I was only worried about since it was refurbished, but love these headphones.

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm quite pleased with my galaxy buds plus. There were no problems pairing the buds+ to my phone and connecting to the app to customize the EQ, sound balance, and ambient noise. The case did need charging which is understandable. The sound quality was just how I expected from the reviews I watched of these earphones which was clear and the right amount of bass for me--it's also great at sound cancellation. It came with different sized ear nibs which was a plus because my ears are smaller so it was nice to have a variety to choose from. The buds, case, and nibs were all clean and neatly placed in the package. Really happy with the product and for the price, it's excellent. It also came a day earlier than expected, so yay~

Received the wrong item. Now I have to return the item and buy the ones I originally ordered. Purchased the Galaxy buds PLUS, received the Galaxy Buds FE.

Bought these in "very good" condition and when I received them they appeared brand-new. Very happy with the quality from the seller. I have had these headphones before and I knew what to expect. Great price and value!

I've been using them for about 2 weeks and they're amazing. Both earbuds work like new, and last up to 8 hours of usage. They also came with different sized cushions which I am greatful for. If I ever need a new pair I know exactly where to get them from.

Headphones came in looking brand new with everything in the box. the finish on the case and headphones looked nice and didnt see any visible damage, the battery life last all day and only takes a few hours to charge, it works well with my S10, and the ambient sound in nice for work when I need to hear my co-workers,

I am thoroughly impressed with my buds. I onew nothing about this website until a random email popped up that was quirky and my squirrelish attention needed more! At first I was hesitant to buy these bc i thought there was no way possible Samsung buds that will cancel my 4 kids fussing completely...but they do!! I can't tell a difference between the brand news and the new to me buds! EXCEPT...my bank account and husband are proud!
