The phone itself: The product is as expected. At time of writing, the manufacturer is still sending updates for the phone. Because it's difficult to find the full size in this style, it's evidently a popular product with the owners. The purchasing experience: My bank triggered an alert, but otherwise, no other problems after telling my bank it's ok. The product from the merchandiser: The product arrived exactly when they said it would. It was shipped from Illinois. I was at first worried when I opened the box, but the scuffs and smudges were to the protective plastic that comes with the phone - not on the phone itself. The phone was in perfect condition. Things I wasn't expecting: A pair of headphones were included with the phone. An offer for a warranty if I awarded a 5 star review within 3 days. Because I feel the quality of the product and service merits 5 stars, I review it as such, well after the 3 day period. Maybe other customers need the incentive.

It's been several months now since I received my phone (Note 10 plus) and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The ordering process was quick and simple. Shipment was faster than advertised. And the phone itself was in even better condition than I expected. I would highly, highly recommend this seller and Back Market. I have been given the run around. Back Market is hiding out with no way to contact them directly, and the seller is refusing to honor the return policy even though I returned the device, have proof it was returned, and am well within the return period. At $398 for a refurbished product which is listed for $1200 when new, my refurbished Samsung Note 10 plus is simply dazzling and amazing. It is completely new in appearance and functionality. Perfect body and glass. No scratches of any defects are present. Why would anyone ever pay $1200 for a new phone when less than $400 affords the same quality in a refurbished phone? I am delighted and will always buy a refurbished smart phone.
