why did my unlocked phone have verizon on it?? Why did it work the first 2 days but the moment I got everything set up it started lagging, it is also encrypted why?? now it's overheating just by being on, if you going to sell a 7 year phone for so much money and claim it's in excellent condition make sure it's in excellent condition on the INSIDE as well! What is the point in having a pretty phone if I can't USE it?! Not only that but the phone is Not like the Note 9 I still have.

The volume on the ear piece is almost nonexistent the speaker volume is hit or miss the issue i have is im hard of hearing to start w so talking on the phone w out speaker or ear buds is very difficult

phone was great. but im still trying to figure out why it took 5 days to ship the phone and i paid for expedited ahipping, but only 2 days to ship when i sent it back for a refund. im sure that u have a logical explanation for that right? im all ears

I have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the phone is. The purchase was easy and was able to switch over my old phone to this one at home. Didn't even need to go to the store to have it done.

The phone is honestly great! There was no damage beside the fact the display occasionally gets streaky (only a tiny visual thing, nothing crazy, and it goes away after a phone sleep), the phone is great! It runs smooth, and it's easy to set up! I'm pretty satisfied.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. It was the right phone for her since she loves taking pictures, videos and loves playing games. I’ll definitely be buying more from you guys and I’ll always recommend you to friends and family.

My original note 9 was destroyed i liked the phone very much for my needs searched for a replacement came across backmarket on internet thought I'd give them a try. Glad I did phone was shipped in timely fashion and arrived in like new condition. This place is beyond awesome

Everything worked, but the phone was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it definitely should have fallen into the good category. Nothing too major, just some small scratches in the back and side of the phone, and a couple very small nicks in the screen. If it had been stated as good condition to begin with, I wouldn't have any complaints.
