Phone looked in great shape for however they advertised it. Looked almost brand new. Will try and update in few months. But for now, feel good about purchasing from they instead of Walmarts website with refurbished phone that I returned instantly.

I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

I can’t say enough about the quality and outstanding perfection of my new Galaxy S20+5G. This is my 3rd smartphone purchase from BackMarket and this phone is by far the nicest phone yet. A week later I purchased an Apple iPad 9th Generation with 256 GB of memory for an amazing price. I love BackMarket and all my friends buy their phones and tablets from BackMarket too!

Runs pretty well, way faster than my other phone, better camera. Although, I did see glue from the back of the phone but nothing but a case won't cover it. But the sound it doesn't come for the speakers but more from the back of the phone, a bit odd but as long as I have sound I can't complain

The phone was in good working condition and was priced reasonably. I didn't have enough for a newer model so I opted to replace my broken phone with the same model and I'm satisfied with it for now, but I'll definitely be coming back for my next phone if they keep the quality and pricing right.

I GOT THE S20 plus and am happy with it. This is my second one, I got it for a backup because I cracked the screen on the one I had. This way if my old S20+ stops working I can just move the Sims card to the new one as I have every thing backed up on it.

I recently purchased 2 Galaxy S20+ unlocked phones. Everything including ordering, shipping, pkg receipt went smoothly. Both phones were in stated condition and, thus far, have functioned perfectly. Well Done!

This unlocked Galaxy S20+ 5G 128 GB Purple was in excellent condition. I am so glad that I was referred to Back Market. The order processed quickly and I had my phone in less than a Week. However, the phone had problems connecting to my existing AT&T network. Various dropped calls and sometimes would not connect to the Internet or Call at all. Phone would have Blackout points, even after the carrier switched out the SIM card. It has now been 3 weeks of trying to sort out the complications.
