    I'm so pleased with my new (to me) Galaxy S20 5G phone. I went with the excellent quality and was not disappointed. It looks brand new, minus a little scuffing at the top where the screen and side meet. It is purely cosmetic and my case covers it. The phone itself functions excellently. A huge upgrade from my 2017 Galaxy J. I was leary about buying refurbished, but the customer reviews and my own experience laid my fears to rest. Thanks Backmarket!

    It was a great experience dealing with Back Market. The phone I chose (Samsung Galaxy S20) is in perfect condition for being a refurbish. No problems at all. Not even any small cosmetic blemishes. Switching my old phone to this was seamless. I highly recommend Back Market.

    I wanted to try a Samsung Galaxy phone so started with the S20 while aiming for the S23. This phone, of course refurbished, is running pretty hot while charging so be attentive. My phone was connected to my car bluetoothth this S20 kept calling itself...go figure

    I really like BackMarket because it gives another life to phones through refurbishment. I have bought three products from here but the one of the products that I bought kind of didn't meet up to standards. Like for example, after a month or two of using the second phone I bought from here it started doing some app glitches. The phone states that it is unlocked when I bought it but for some reason it has been telling me that there is no Verizon Sim Card in the phone. It doesn't let me hear my voice mails through the regular phone app even though I connected it with Metro by tmobile since it was unlocked. That's why I am warning others to check the ratings/reviews of the seller so you know what you are getting yourself into. I will always recommend BackMarket though to my family and friends just because it is more affordable than shelling out a couple hundred dollars everytime a phone breaks, etc.

    Great phone- just like it was brand new right out of the box. One of the best buys I've made when it comes to any cell phone, let alone a refurbished one. Have already recommended this site to multiple friends and will continue to do so

    The phone arrived as stated with tracking available. It looks brand new and had zero issues getting to connect to my phone provider services. I would've had to pay another $150 for the same phone at my local refurbished phone store. I'm very happy I took the chance with Back Market!👍

    I bought the Galaxy S20 in excellent condition and was not disappointed, it looks brand new. However, I do have a big issue with the phone. The screen panel isn't the original Galaxy S20 screen that came with the phone. I have another Galaxy S20 that I bought brand new from BestBuy in April 2020. The high motion smoothness(120hz refresh rate) works flawlessly and feels super smooth and buttery when scrolling through the phone. This Galaxy S20 that I bought on here to replace my old one, despite having the high refresh rate enabled, does not work like my old one does. The screen feels sluggish and hitches/lags when I'm scrolling when on the high refresh rate when it shouldn't. This tells me that the screen panel was replaced with a non genuine, original Galaxy S20 screen, otherwise it would work like my old one. Very disappointing considering it's one of the main selling points for me. Hopefully something can be done about this 😔

    after attempts with both Walmart, and Amazon, both of which I had to send the device back due to it not connecting to my network, (VERIZON) I took a chance with Black Market. I really wanted a Galaxy S20 5G,and unlocked. I had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL with Black Market. The phone arrived much quicker than I had expected, and transferred all my data flawlessly,AND easily connected to my network first try. I would highly recommend Black Market to any, and all. I am positive I will be a return customer. Thank You.

    First phone had a screen that stopped responding, but... Back Market had a return label generated and a replacement phone to me quickly, with good communication along the way. Great to find refurbished products that are guaranteed!
