    I purchased the galaxy s20 5G in gray approximately 3-4 weeks ago in excellent condition. so far it works great and I have no complaints about the features so far. the phone has no noticeable scratches and plenty of features.

    after attempts with both Walmart, and Amazon, both of which I had to send the device back due to it not connecting to my network, (VERIZON) I took a chance with Black Market. I really wanted a Galaxy S20 5G,and unlocked. I had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL with Black Market. The phone arrived much quicker than I had expected, and transferred all my data flawlessly,AND easily connected to my network first try. I would highly recommend Black Market to any, and all. I am positive I will be a return customer. Thank You.

    This is my 2nd phone I purchased. The Samsung S20 5G Great Quality, Looks New , Shipping was Quick and activated with my carrier with ease. The only issue I have with this 2nd phone is that the Battery doesn't last as long . A full charge will last me from 7am til 6pm I'm down to 5% . My first phone I could go almost a full day-in-a-half. But the phone works great other than the battery life .

    Honestly I am really pleased. The price was really good, and the phone doesn't have any visible issues. The only thing in slight question is what I think is the included screen protector. It has already cracked a little (hardly noticeable), and I'm pretty sure it happened after I received the phone. I believe this is a Samsung provided screen protector provided with more than likely a replacement screen. Over all its very difficult to tell that this phone is not new. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I don't have any complaints.

    The phone was in great condition! It doesn't seem to have as good service as I had before. It's supposed to be a 5G but I never have 5G so I'm not sure if that's an issue with this phone. But the phone is nice. Delivery was quick.

    This is the 3rd or 4th phone that me and my fiance have purchased from Back Market. I have been absolutely happy with all of them. The prices and quality of the phones are always above my expectations. The S20 I just bought is in perfect conditiona dn works great too. I love the fact that all of the phones have also been unlocked so that I'm able to use whatever service I want. Also the customer service has always been over the top and I will continue to use this app whenever my family or myself need a phone.

    Returning customer to Back Market - they've been great to work with! As for my last purchase, it's not great. Everything about my phone does work; however, it's glitching and lagging. Also, battery life seems to be weak. Love this company, but 50/50 on the product I ordered.

    This phone is like new! Not a single scratch or flaw. Works great too and I'm extremely pleased. I highly recommend BackMarket if you want a phone that is like new. Why pay so much more for a new phone?

    Very nice, excellent condition (no scratches found) and easy to set up. Also impressed that it arrived just a few days after ordering - terrifyingly easy. Great to have a smaller, better phone than my last. Only reservation is the battery doesn't seem to last - not sure if a S20 thing or this phone, but a full charge lasts less than a day with moderate use. If it wasn't for that would give 5/5
