I have used Back Market multiple times for different refurbished electronics & they have always done a great job! All our phones & laptops have been in great condition & the website is easy to navigate. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 128GB & it is great & shipping was pretty quick.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in excellent condition. That's exactly what I received. The only complaints that I have is the small battery size and the fact that it's not ESIM compatible. However, the price was lower than you would find anywhere else. Thank you Back Market for your business!

Fast shipping came in 2 days, 5-6 1/2" micro hairline scratches, plastic back some scratches and bruises (Fair)condition.Camera, cpu good,sound could be louder--blue tooth too, general info transfered, OS and security patches up to date, battery need touch up at evening /night a little, got a charger and USB C wire! Good deal at 87.15% off $653.25 new price,this is 3rd phone bought at Backmarket, definitely buy in future. Been telling friends/co workers about Backmarket refurbished phones.

The status bar says invalid card. It does absolutely nothing to the performance of the phone other than being annoying. Also, irrelevant, but an issue never the less, chat heads for Facebook messenger leaves a notice in the status bar. Annoying. But the phone came in perfect working order as claimed.

Phone was in excellent condition, except that the charging port is loose, cord easily falls out. Since I do wireless charging, it is not a problem..I didnt want to chance a return since the screen and body were perfect

Recently I decided to upgrade my phone. The selection at Back Market is outstanding, so much so, instead of buying one phone I bought a second one too. Both were easy to transfer my old information to and work quite well. I would buy from Back Market again.

I had an awesome experience buying my phone everything went smoothly. actually , I had purchased two phones one for me and my wife. we both got the Samsung Galaxy 21FE one black one purple. i believe we got good condition and they were excellent. i would highly recommend buying a phone or anything from backmarket. the only reason i'm giving only four stars. i wish since I bought 2 phones and was planning on getting visible plans. I would have had a promo for both plans instead of just one that would have been a lot cooler

I almost didn't purchase a plan from visible (and a phone from you) because they don't ship the SIM card to PO Boxes and the website doesn't recognize my physical address. What's the deal with that? Please ship to PO Boxes. I bought the exact same phone I already had because it was the most affordable android phone with the best reviews. It's excellent, highly recommend.

I love my new Samsung S21 FE phone, even though it's hard to find a case and screen protector for it in stores it works perfectly and it has not a scratch or dent on it. I will definitely buy from back market again in the future & my fiancé is going to buy from them too. Thanks a bunch!
