Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (5G)

Experience from start to finish was fantastic! I'm not one to write a long drawn-out review so I'm going to keep this very concise. First of all, I am not a very technologically savvy person and I was able to set my phone up myself without customer care when I received it! Everything has been simple and the price could not be beat anywhere, and I shopped around. I will definitely be coming back to do more business with this website and I will also be referring friends and family!!

The phone came well packed and delivered on time. The phone was in the condition described and the battery status reports as normal and lasts all day for my usage. The software version was Samsung One UI 5.1 which was not the current version. The software update option in the system settings would not work as the phone was originally on AT&T and is now on Visible. I did some research and found the Samsung Smart Switch program could be installed on a PC and used to update the phone software. I was able to update the phone to Samsung One UI 6.1.

Great phone for an awesome price. Other than minimum scratches on back of phone it looks brand new and perform like new. I have bought several phones from here for my family over the years and will continue to do so.

I can't tell the difference between this and a brand new device. no lag, great battery, under microscopic investigation I can't spot a single scratch or scuff. Very pleased with my purchase (which I received 2 days after I ordered it so shipping speed was amazing as well). Thank you!

so the phone is in great condition, I only saw 1 scratch near the charging port. my only "complaint" is the battery, I would have paid for a new battery to be installed but the whole website was out when I placed my order. Also I did have to factory reset the phone when I first opened the box because it was already turned on.

Ordered 2 of the s21 fe phones for me and my son. Couldn't be more happy with the phones and the shape they are in. Will be ordering my wife one in the coming weeks and hope to find an even better deal on the s21 f

It was my first purchase on Black Market. Excellent! My order arrived in excellent condition. No visible scratches. Battery has been good till now but will need more days to confirm.If this is with all the product, why would anyone go to other places?

My 3rd purchase from backmarket. Got an iPad, my last phone (dropped and broke the screen) Again I couldn't be happier with the quality & deal I got om this Samsung. It cost the same to upgrade my Samsung as it would to replace the OEM screen. I'm using it now to leave this review. No signs of wear on the device at all and battery life is great. Anytime i hear of someone shopping for tech, I recommend this site. It's great for newer models and phenomenal when your looking to purchase for your kids,etc. Ill be back to upgrade my daughter's phone.
