5/5This is the 2nd Samsung smartphone we bought from Back Market. 5/5I was in the market for a new phone and was very seriously considering taking out one of those "loans" from Smart Pay so I could purchase a decent phone. That was until my coworker told me about Backmarket.com! I was very hesitant at first about ordering a refurbished phone but once I did some research, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB in Phantom Violet, "Good Condition". My new phone arrived this morning and OMG - I am absolutely BLOWN away!!! It looks fantastic! There are hardly ANY visible scratches except for one small one on the front (the back looks flawless), it was extremely easy to transfer over from my old phone, delivery was super quick, and I just simply cannot express how HAPPY I am with my purchase! I am beyond grateful to have found Backmarket.com! I will update/write another review in about 1-2 weeks once I have had a chance to REALLY see what this phone is all about. 5/5Delivery was on time. The phone itself came with a screen protector already on. (that was so nice) It has one or two little scratches on it but that is to be expected because its refurbished. Honestly once you put a phone case on you cant see it anymore. All in all I would recommend backmarket to friends and family. 5/5I have purchased from BackMarket before (back in 2021) and loved my S9+! I recently decided to upgrade to the S21 and, of course, knew that BackMarket would be my best option! This time around I decided to go with the, "Good" condition option (went with "Excellent" for my S9+) and I'm honestly very, very pleased. There are a few scuff marks on the back of the phone, and there's a slight scratch on the screen, though neither are very noticeable! 4.1/5I was encouraged by another customer review to just take the leap and buy one of the refurbished phones. There was some fear, but the phones arrived sooner than expected and in excellent shape. So the Back Market experience was positive, we're just not sure we love the phones yet - there are some things to get used to and it seems to want to update more than we would prefer. 5/5Great price for a great phone. A small scratch on the back is the only way you can tell its not a brand new phone. If you are skeptical about refurbished like I was, don't be. Even if something did go wrong there's a guarantee. I have bought two of these and both are great!I have not had a single issue. 4.9/5I would say that finding out about back market has been amazing to me. I got an S21G 5G Unlocked from Cellfeee (I chose excellent condition) and it has just been a free gift from cellfeee and back market. The phone was delivered sooner than it was proposed and the phone was really in excellent condition, I have searched to see a scratch on the phone but I haven't seen any. I have been enjoying for about 2 weeks now and there haven't been any issue, infact my phone looks brand new, people don't know that I got it as a refurbished product. I will certainly always by from back market as it just saved me hundreds of dollars and also I would always check out products from cellfeee as they have just proven their reputation to me. I got an amazing product with a token (with respect to quality of product). Thank you back market and also cellfeee for keeping your word. 4.5/5The product was in perfect condition. So perfect that it was still locked to Verizon. I bought it as an unlocked phone, so I was surprised, and a little frustrated that I couldn't activate it because it wasn't compatible with my network or any of the other 5 networks that I tried. I finally discovered it would only work with Verizon. Verizon claims their phones are not locked, however, in an attempt to prevent theft, all of their products have to be used on a Verizon network for at least 6 weeks be for it's unlocked to any other network. I learned of this when I took the phone into Verizon to find out if it could be unlocked. I panicked because I feared they might think I had stolen it. Fortunately,Back Market provided easily accessed proof of purchase, and I was able to work with a multi-store manager when I went into my local Verizon store. After an hour of working on the issue I was having, he was able to trace the serial number and determined that this phone had most likely been returned due to a problem with the battery. It had then been legitimately sold to a person or company who refurbishes such products for resale.
