Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 5G

I was skeptical About buying a refurbished model but everything turned out great.The phone is an awesome condition.And it came with a screensaver already on the phone. There was no problems in updating the phone or getting it programmed correctly.

Delivery was on time. The phone itself came with a screen protector already on. (that was so nice) It has one or two little scratches on it but that is to be expected because its refurbished. Honestly once you put a phone case on you cant see it anymore. All in all I would recommend backmarket to friends and family. I'm so happy I got my Andrew (android) back lol!

I recently purchased a s21 from back market in the "good" condition and I'm so happy with it that I probably couldve got the "fair" conditioned s21 and still been pleased with it!! Seriously there wasn't anything to complain about...No obvious scratches or dents of any kind and overall battery is almost 100% brand new with 96% overall battery health (not meaning 96% charged but 96% in comparison to how a brand new battery should function. This has been such a good experience that it doesn't make sense to buy the newest most expensive phone or even a midranger, I will always buy older refurbished flagships from now on, it's the only logical option. It's the equivalent of why you don't buy a car brand new as it is more economical and generally better to buy a slightly older used car if you want to be wise with your money and get the most bang for your buck deals!!

Received the refurbished SG21 Unlocked,in a cool brown looking box with a note on box to take good care of phone, it was exactly what the seller claimed to be, more than perfect had no issue charging nor starting put sim in had service switched within minutes from wireless provider. Just perfect. Definitely will be purchasing more electronic devices, finally found a site that's honest with refurbished products spent half the US dollars than some of these other Joe burgers who want to overcharge on refurbished phones. Thanks Back Market!!! Not sure who Greg is but thank you for saving me the headache on searching for affordability of my needs!!!

I love my Galaxy S21 5G 128GB. Everything from purchase to receiving was exactly as Back Market stated. I will definitely buy another item from them. P.S. My grandson told me about his positive experience.Thank you, Wanda

So I tell you what I bought this phone of a back market for about $250 tops for shipping and everything anyway I'm pretty satisfied but I understand if this is a used phone and there are some trade offs anyway phone wasn't perfect condition not a scratch not a blemish nothing perfect physical condition the only thing I could complain about with this phone because I feel like you can see the screen was replaced and when it's completely black you notice a little smudge underneath the glass which is understandable because it is refurbished phone which means screen could have been broken before but you only noticed this when it's fully black when you have a full black screen also I don't know what charger is I'm using exactly but I noticed that it fast charges at first and then goes to Regular chart realistically fast charge only saves you 20 minutes from regular charge other than that software has been spectacular exactly what you would expect from a Flagship Galaxy device your phone is great it is meant to do what it does and does it well also I noticed a little nitpickio though is that when you use Snapchat and you zoom in for the first time and you zoom out there's a slight lag so ...

My wife is happy with the new phone. It was in great condition, and an upgrade from her last Samsung. I am now considering a refurbished tablet . Thanks for everything.

It is what it is, a refurbished phone inexcellents condition. I like my new phone, the S21 looks excellent. Only two scratch back but looks wonderfull.

it's amazing like new some cosmetic scuffs but that's expected for a fair refurbish thank you guys for amazing products, keep it going.
