omg is all I can really say!!! when I opened my package and saw how amazing this device was,I was in awe! I wasn't expecting it to be in such great condition. It's like brand new! I will definitely shop here again and tell everyone about how awesome back market is! super happy with my purchase

honestly not bad at all. being a cellphone technician. The "fair" status is exactly as described, even slightly better. body does have a few dents and scratches but nothing a case can't fix. The screen was perfect tho. no scratches what so ever.

This is the first time I purchased something from backmarket and I must say it was just like it was advertised. It did come with a couple pin size holes on the top of the phone, but for refurbished and the price of the phone it is perfect.

This phone is beautiful 😍 Definitely premium quality. I ended up going with the premium because it was the same price as the excellent at the time and only a few dollars more than the good quality so it just made the most sense. It definitely looks and works like a brand new phone. I've always been unsure of buying refurbished, but my husband found back market a few years ago and we've been getting phones from and selling our used phones here ever since. If you're unsure this is definitely the way to go.

This is the nicest phone I've ever had. I had formerly been under this impression that no refurbished options were reliable, then a friend told me about backmarket. This phone is pretty slippery so be sure to get a case. So far so good, it's nice and snappy and I did the whole emf protection thing, with a blue light screen protector, orgonite shungite and biogeometry sticker. I'm surprised more people don't know about this company. I think the popular perception is that since Amazon has mixed reviews on their referb options, and so does ebay, they're all a risk. That's what I thought. Anyway, it's a great phone. S pen works great for the calligraphy I do. Stunning selfie camera. Good speaker. Mic quality is awesome. Thanks again!

The cell phone is incredible, practically new, I was about to buy "new" cell phones from Chinese sellers on eBay but I preferred not to risk buying a cell phone with cheap spare parts, I preferred Backamrket, which yes, they are reconditioned, but you can choose the quality you will receive and they are honest in providing the details that will be given to you depending on the option you choose. I bought the premium version and it really looks new, everything works, clear cameras, impeccable screen, from now on it will be my new store when I want to buy or recommend cell phones at a good price.

Ordered an Excellent condition Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from refurbisher GM Deals. The phone looks absolutely brand new and works great! (Had previously ordered the same phone supposedly new and sealed from eBay and instead got a fake one with a cheap inferior undersized display screen). Can't guarantee everyone else this same great outcome, but I am 100% satisfied with this Back Market refurbisher and am so happy with my new phone. Device works fair. I don't have any benchmarks of experience to compare to as far as refurbished or secondhand device usage. I was a bit wary at first because my wife cautioned me that refurbished or open box devices are likely to have issues especially with battery. Perhaps that's been her experience, but I am very pleased with my purchase. Screen is free of imperfections and battery life is fine as long as settings are on medium. This is a large upgrade for me in terms of camera quality and device speed at about half the cost. I missed out on a $15 coupon which is my biggest complaint (live and learn)
