This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!

The phone arrived extremely fast—just a couple of days after I placed the order, which was a pleasant surprise. As for the phone itself, it looks and feels like new. No scratches, dents, or signs of previous use. Everything works perfectly—from the screen responsiveness and camera quality to the battery life and performance. The S Pen was included and functions flawlessly too

I'm definitely super happy with this phone. I was hesitant to mess with refurbished stuff, but all the policies reassured me. The only thing I'm not happy with is the way it was shipped, it was put into a box that was a bit too big for it and it was sliding around quite a bit. Could've gotten damaged in transit if the shipping had been a longer process. The screen also seems kinda delicate, in the two days I had it before I got a screen protector it managed to get some tiny little scratches without even being dropped. But overall I'm super happy. Referring Back Market to my family and my brother just bought phone from here too. Good service

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone & the first time I've ever spent so much money online & in general at once. I was nervous about it after realizing it was being delivered thru FedEx. UGH!!! I'm happy to say that my phone is PERFECTLY FLAWLESS (lol)! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Galaxy S23 Ultra got the lavender color i wanted with the 512 GB. I didn't know that the color of it would make a price difference, ya learn something new everyday lol. I'm referring BM to everyone i know. I've been saving my coins for a couple years & FINALLY cashed them in so I could purchase this phone. I could've gotten the Galaxy S24 Ultra but that would've left me broke & I didn't wanna be broke lol. Besides I needed to buy screen protector and a case so that's exactly what I did. BM ya'll are the BEST & thank you for existing I'm a customer for life.

This is my fourth purchase with BackMarket, and like always, they've delivered me a wonderful refurbished piece of tech! I've been wanting a new phone with space and the S23 Ultra was calling me, plus, the color is hard to say no to. I used their Trade-In Option as well, they where very communicative and I received my new phone and sent the old in without a hitch!

I ordered excellent condition, just a few scratches on the edge of the build, but it's covered by the case.Perfect screen no scratches. Great refurbishing job, system works perfectly after having this for 2 weeks.

This phone is almost indistinguishable from a new other than a small scratch on the first camra near the bezel that dosent affect camra quality and it was verry dusty but I just wiped it down overall I am verry pleased with this purchase

Great experience with Back Market. Got a refurbished Galaxy 23 ultra and it was perfect. Couldn't face spending so much money on a brand new phone, so this fit the bill.
