I got mine in the "Good" condition section and looking at it from above no dents or scratches at all, It was a bit dirty on the edges and on the sides so I had to clean that up. The underside however, has some scratching like someone had scraped the bottom of the watch on the table multiple times. Besides the scratches at the bottom, where no one can see anyways, the watch is in really great condition and works really well. Very glad with my purchase.

I am an apple person myself, but I purchased this for my mom who has a Samsung 25 Ultra. It does all the basic feature she needs it to do (count steps, tell basic vitals, current time) and she loves it! It has been difficult to find the correct screen cover on Amazon, but that is my problem, not yours! Over all, worth the buy!

it was in good condition the band was great some minor signs of wear on the face. only bummer is the battery life. the watch i had before would last days on a single charge this gets through one day and needs recharging, but it does charge quickly so I guess theres balance there. overall happy with the purchase.

I've ordered many items in the past. The quality has been great, like new no blemishes, no issues. I ordered the Galaxy watch 5 rated in excellent condition, and it had some scratches on the watch bezel. To me that's not excellent condition for the bezel. But overall the watch face looks good and works well. I just wanted to mention this because the condition should have been listed as good. Overall I can't complain. I will continue to order since the experience has been excellent!
