This review is a bit overdue. That being said, I have had this phone for almost two years and it is still holding up! This was my first purchase from Back Market. I was skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. Phone felt and looked brand new from the beginning. After having such a positive experience with this order, I ordered another phone from Back Market through a different seller but didn't have the same experience. So, props to this particular seller.

This is my second phone from back market. The first one I had almost a year and I traded it back to them for a newer model. After dealing with these people twice, I would go nowhere else for a phone or anything you can get refurbished, I would trust these people to treat you right. I had my phone within three days from the time I bought it. That means there was no down time to switch phones. Thank you back market for making life so easy. David S.

I specified that it be in excellent condition with no scratches and that is exactly what I got and it works perfectly. BackMarket is the best! I bought this phone in "excellent" condition, and there wasn't a scratch on it, arrived with charger, color and model I ordered. The phone was unlocked, as I requested, very easy to switch to Mint Mobile. I would purchase from backmarket again

Everything was pretty much perfect. If there was anything that I were to be a little miffed about, it would be that I did ask a question that I got an incorrect answer to but it really was just a misunderstanding so it wasn't anything crazy. I would totally buy from both this company and Back Market again.

I recently purchased the Samsung flip 3, and I must say Black Market lived up to there word! The process fast, the delivery was even faster. You can't even tell that it's a refurbished device. I purchased this phone in early 2021 and it has been the best phone I have ever owned! The condition was listed as excellent and I would have qualified that to very good. It showed some wear and a couple of minor scratches on the case and edges, and a minor one on the screen - but I am not sure that I wouldn't have done that myself in a few weeks anyways. The ordering process was relatively simple and the phone arrived a day early - very nice. It also came in the original box. It works perfectly and I am absolutely in TOTAL LOVE with this phone. It is also a great conversation starter as everyone wants to take a look when I use it. And it seems everyone is suitably impressed - as am I. It took a while to set it up and arrange all the apps, but it is now my trusty companion. The convenience of being able to slip it in a shirt pocket or pants pocket without pulling and stretching your clothes or bulging is revolutionary for the capabilities of this item. It is smaller than a pack of cigarettes (I quit 20 years ago). This will be the future of cell phones for sure. It is the best gift I treated myself to in a very long time.
