This review is a bit overdue. That being said, I have had this phone for almost two years and it is still holding up! This was my first purchase from Back Market. I was skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. Phone felt and looked brand new from the beginning. After having such a positive experience with this order, I ordered another phone from Back Market through a different seller but didn't have the same experience. So, props to this particular seller.

Back Market customer service is great but I've got some concerns about the phone. My phone is cute but it's not the same as the one in the image that I ordered (I ordered the blue and somehow received the blue-white-silver phone). Also, not a fan of the quality since I ordered the "Excellent" quality but definitely received "Good" quality. Still I'm not upset but if I paid for no scratches, cracks, mystery impurities, or dents I shouldn't have any. The phone seemed fully functional until I tried to turn it on (it didn't turn on at all, yes I've used other Samsung models before and I know where the power button is). At first I wasn't too bothered, but after charging for about 5 minutes, I cannot check the percentage of charge the phone is at nor can I turn it on (I used the charger that was provided). My advice so far, ALWAYS get the warranty. So, 10 minutes pass and the battery is finally at 1%, might have to ask for a battery replacement because I couldn't finish setting up my phone, even though it was still plugged in to charge also it over heats very quickly. To be fair, I was on the phone for less than 3 minutes to at least log in to my Google account and it turned off, so another word of advice: have patience to fully charge it before use for a maybe better experience because I was definitely in a rush to confirm the details of the phone. Also this may be because my phone is older, but my old sim card did not fit inside my new phone (current phone Galaxy S10). Luckily I will be receiving a new one soon since I am also switching carriers but it isn't something I was expecting. For those wondering, the sim card holder for the Flip is much smaller than my current phone. Aside from feeling as though I may break my phone from opening it and closing it, it's an okay phone. When I try to power it off Bixby will wake up (more of a phone issue than a Back Market issue). The storage was what I paid for (I asked for 256 GB and received 256GB) and the phone is functioning for now. Hopefully the same can be said in a week!
