I really wanted to upgrade my phone and my boyfriend sent me a link to this site, and I looked around and it seemed legit so I went and ordered not only this amazing phone but, I also threw in the Samsung buds because they offer payment plans. I've already recommended to others. And no, this isn't sponsored lol I will definitely continue purchasing from this site. 🫶

First time trying back market and gotta say honestly surprised how well the z flip i ordered is, as its almost in perfect condition as it had few scratches thats hard to see and hope that I might try and upgrade later down the line with back market again

New phone is great, price reasonable, but the buy back amount on my old phone was awfully puni at only $15! Granted it did have a very small Crack but was told the amount would be $95, to go all the way to $15 though, is a big difference.

I bought this for my dad (as a non service phone) to replace an old one that was falling apart. He's love's it. Honestly thought I got the unlocked one, but he didn't mind it. Not a big deal for him.

There is a bit of paperwork up front but it is all easy and straightforward. I ordered a Z flip 5 phone in excellent condition and that is what I got. This is a hugh savings compared to a new phone. I listed my trade in as in outstanding condition and it passed their inspection and they sent the money to my bank account. When the need is there I will use this company again. FIVE STARS.

item showed up way faster than i thought it would, and it was easy peasy to just put my sim card from my old phone into this one. as for the phone itself, the cover screen kind of has the same function as an apple or samsung watch would, but those watches always felt too bulky so this is perfect for me! ive been using the phone for about 2 weeks and ive had no issues with the hardware or software. i love using the cover screen to control my music

The phone is exactly as described, looks brand new and has been running very smoothly. Arrived well packaged and on time. No complaints! This was a much better experience than I had with another website that shall not be named that sent me a "renewed" phone I had to return immediately for being not as advertised.

I hate the idea of spending thousands of dollars on a phone, so I was really interested in the refurbished concept. I appreciated all the updates from payment to shipping. I felt a little nervous doing the data transfer and setting up my carrier, but the Back Market articles really helped. I've had the phone for a month now and I really like it. The software is current and I've had no issues with performance and the physical condition of my phone is acceptable. I don't have a bunch of useless carrier apps and it didn't cause financial pain to buy a "new" phone.

I really loved the phone as it was my first flip but it sucked that I had to return it because of the battery draining drastically but overall it was really a good device and I would purchase it again
