item showed up way faster than i thought it would, and it was easy peasy to just put my sim card from my old phone into this one. as for the phone itself, the cover screen kind of has the same function as an apple or samsung watch would, but those watches always felt too bulky so this is perfect for me! ive been using the phone for about 2 weeks and ive had no issues with the hardware or software. i love using the cover screen to control my music

This is the first time I've ever used Black Market, and I'm thinking refurbished may be the way to go with electronics. The purchasing process was simple, it arrived sooner than expected, and my new Galaxy Z Flip 5 works wonderfully. Transferring to my carrier (i.e., switching the SIM card) was super easy and transferring the data was mostly painless as well. My only complaint is I would have been happier if it was just a bit cheaper, but it is a new-ish model. overall, very satisfied.

I really loved the phone as it was my first flip but it sucked that I had to return it because of the battery draining drastically but overall it was really a good device and I would purchase it again

I ordered the green but got the black…payed a little extra for the green too kinda freaking sucks cause I picked out a clear phone case just because of the color Anyways phone was pretty nice basically no scratches

It's easy to use the website and the phone comes quickly. I am having a few problems with my phone. It freezes up sken connected to my car, and I can't get the data plan to work. I can only use internet with eifi

So it was great phone this time! I picked excellent condition yellow n 512 gbs. the phone I received was not yellow. also did not come with the key for the Sim chip. luckily I had one from previous phone. overall it was a good transaction besides my color being off.. promptly shipped and in great condition. thank you

The phone is exactly as described, looks brand new and has been running very smoothly. Arrived well packaged and on time. No complaints! This was a much better experience than I had with another website that shall not be named that sent me a "renewed" phone I had to return immediately for being not as advertised.

I was super scared to drop so much money on a website I've never used before but THANK GOD. It was so much better than buying a phone brand new and honestly the benefits are kind of great. I have insurance on my phone for a fraction of the price, delivery was faster than expected, the phone is in great condition even though it is a 1/3 of the price. Not to mention if I didn't enjoy the phone, I could simply return it within 30 days and receive my money back! It's honestly the perfect and only option for me anymore. Hands down! 😉
