    This is the first time I've ever used Black Market, and I'm thinking refurbished may be the way to go with electronics. The purchasing process was simple, it arrived sooner than expected, and my new Galaxy Z Flip 5 works wonderfully. Transferring to my carrier (i.e., switching the SIM card) was super easy and transferring the data was mostly painless as well. My only complaint is I would have been happier if it was just a bit cheaper, but it is a new-ish model. overall, very satisfied.

    When it came in everything work as if it was new, it worked fine. But after two days, I ended up pushing it off my desk on accident, it fell face flat and the screen blacked out and cracked from inside, the touch screen no longer worked.

    Delivered on time, no issues with the package. Been using my new phone for nearly a month and it's been wonderful. No issues with battery life, cameras have no scratches, speakers and mic work fine. Overall a perfectly working dream phone. Not even a single dead pixel. This was my first time using Back Market so I was pretty nervous, but now I can say I am very happy to have given it a chance.

    Just trying to find out how to use the warranty for a repair, a line has appeared in the screen as if the back light is malfunctioning (it is not related to the crease forming from the folding screen)

    Great quality of product, absolutely no signs of wear and also great performance. The only problem is that I received a different color from what I ordered which is understandable as they both called grey (I wanted this whitish grey, but got black)

    This is my second phone purchased from BackMarket, and only because I am so hard on phones. I use the affirm payment method and it all goes so smoothly. Phone came in very fast and in basically brand new condition. All I had to do was take the eSim card out of my old phone and put it in my new one. Have had it for a little over a week now I think (time flies) and I have no complaints

    I was skeptical at first, but when I received the phone, I was shocked. It looked brand new, and I've been using it for only a day, but it's been a great experience. Honestly, for something this high quality, I'd expect the price point to be higher. The shipping was much faster than anticipated. Overall, my experience was far better than anticipated. The only negative I noticed is that the phone overheats on the front screen while charging. But, it's a great deal!

    I got the device for a very good price compared to market, so that would offset any issues if they existed, but so far so good. The set up was very easy, I just inserted the sim of my old phone and restarted the phone. The battery condition is “good”, I even tested it with a few continuous hours of use and the battery went for hour’s without overheating. Didn’t feel like it was dying any faster than other devices, especially if using multiple apps or in bright lighting. The device is indeed excellent condition, I only found the faintest of marks on the screen that is barely visible. The hinge feels stable but smooth. Speaker quality is perfect. Overall feels like a brand new phone. Very happy with my purchase, especially if I may ever need a battery replacement or repair.

    This is the second item I've bought from Back Market and they have both worked amazingly for me. The only problem I had was that the battery wasn't that good. I eneded up forgetting my pin and had to do a hard reset not long after I got the phone but that improved battery life. The phone didn't come in the original packaging of course but it still came with a charger. I got the Z Flip 5 for about half the price of a brand new one! Back Market will be the first place I look for future tech items.
