the phone overall works pretty good there are a few glitches that I can definitely tell it's been used or it might just be a Samsung Galaxy flip thing the overall appearance of the phone is great for the price that I paid I am very happy with my purchase.

I had a problem with the first phone I received, and when I contacted Support, responses were prompt and extremely helpful. They also extended my trade in deadline in case my replacement phone didn't arrive on time.

Super happy with this purchase! I wanted to buy a phone instead of making monthly payments with my phone company. I don't typically make big purchases like this but I'm happy I did. I love my phone and back market. They are so easy to work with and the phone is in the exact condition I ordered. Looks brand new! Works flawlessly too!

I purchased this phone as a gift for my husband. His favorite color is yellow so I thought it was perfect when he mentioned he wanted to upgrade his old flip phone to the new model and there just so happened to be a yellow one in excellent condition. It was totally worth the cost!

I've been using this phone for over a week at time of review and I'm very happy with the quality. Out of the box the phone was in great condition. There was a minor amount of pocket dust on the edge but was easily wiped off. The screen is in perfect condition worked as advertised. The hinge has a slight click to it but from what I read this is normal for the Z Flip.

The purchase was very easy and efficient. The phone is in very good condition. There are a couple of very minor software issues (notifications won't show on the cover screen, visual voicemail icon not showing on phone app) but certainly nothing major.

Just received my Flip6. It came packed in a phone box with a soft foam phone holder in FedEx flat rate envelope. The phone got shipped FedEx 2 business day shipping and got to me on the 2nd day. If the package took a hard hit, I feel the phone could be damaged. However, I received the phone in PRISTINE condition even though I ordered EXCELLENT condition, no damage to the package or phone or signs of use/wear and tear that I can tell. I was expecting a few scuffs in the normal spots like on the corners but no. Only signs of use were fingerprints and dust around the screen bezel (which was easily cleaned). Upgrading from a Flip4, the Flip6 is a BIG upgrade due to speed and the front cover display actually being usable now. I can't tell if any parts were replaced or not but everything works. I can't tell the battery health/battery life but so far so good. I WILL take a gamble (yes gamble as buying refurb is always a gamble) from Back Market again as the price I got my Flip6 was reasonable I think compared to Amazon and other refurb marketplaces and I get a 1 year warranty and a 30 day return period.

I received my new to me phone in GREAT condition. Screen and camera are perfect, minor imperfections in some places but you have to really look for it. Operates as if it came straight off of the assembly line.

Used it for the first few weeks without service until I switched over completely. Played a bunch of games, and they're very smooth. Call and cameras are good Came in great condition. Does get pretty hot with extended use.
