I was skeptical about purchasing this phone but it arrived in pristine condition as advertised and works flawless. Shipping was fast. I love my Z fold and look forward to purchasing a laptop next time. Highly recommended Backmarket to all skeptics. Seriously !!!!

I purchased this as a replacement because the first one I purchased from this seller started getting the pink and green lines of doom across the top, within a few days of me receiving it. The screen on this one is not as smooth as the one I had to return and it hurts so bad but the phone still works and looks good. There are a few small dings but I'm going to put a case on it anyway. Overall, a good phone, good screen graphics and brightness. It'll do until I find my next obsession.

I absolutely love the phone! It looks so good, like new to be honest. Barely any marks on the phone and the screens were in great condition at first. It feels nice in my hand and fufills my need of a phone and a tablet. I'm able to run my small businesses with it for the time being. I h ad this phone for 2 or 3 days and I started getting the pink and green lines of doom on the top right corner of the inside screen. I started a return on this phone and purchased another. This seller has this phone at a decent price right now and I know I'm taking a risk ordering another from them, so I'm hoping it's a one off because the phone seemed to be refurshied well.

I've always wanted a Z Fold and I love it, I'm very glad to have purchased it this way, I think I got a pretty good deal. There's only one minor problem that happens to be the momost important reason for this purchase I use it for work and it will not allow me to change the notification sound to a separate distinct sound so I know I'm being alerted. Maybe something you can help me with? The service and delivery was excellent, I will definitely recommend your business and I will also be back soon to purchase an iPad. Thank you
