Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

Shipping was very quick and arrived early than expected. The outward appearance is in excellent condition and looks brand new. Performance at first was pretty good but it improved as I updated drivers. My only "bad" is the charging cord doesn't power the laptop if I'm using it, but that's minor. I did not contact the seller as it was an easy thing to fix on my end. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

The computer works very well and got here fast! I also really appreciate Back Market's positive environmental impact.

SHIPPING AND CONDITION IS EXCELLENT, BUT THE WARRANTY ON LENVONO WAS ACTIVATED LONG BEFORE I EVEN BROUGHT IT. (LESS THAN 9 MONTH LEFT ON WARRANTY. NOT SURE IF THE LAPTOP IS THAT MUCH DEMANDING ON POWER. ON A FULL CHARGE CAN'T EVEN LAST 2 HOURS (JUST BROWSING INTERNET AND YOUTUBE) WITHOUT IT NEEDING TO BE PLUGGED IN.

My gaming laptop broke, so I was in search of another one. checking and researching every day! finally found the brand and model I wanted alienware m15 r7 with amd. I stumbled upon back market a site I had never heard of with a price that made no sense. found the computer listed as excellent for 2000 off original retail and at least 600 cheaper than other stores even for refurbished. I ordered it as soon as I saw it but still had my doubts that this could be legit shipping was insane I ordered around noon on a Monday and had it Wednesday afternoon. when I opened the box, I was overly impressed. first thing first thing came in the original box with original packaging. Charger was new In the bag laptop was wrapped, and seald looked like it was done by the factory, even smelled brand new! I searched this thing over and over, trying to find at least one flaw, one scratch ding or dent, and couldn't. took the bottom of to add a new 2tb m.2 ssd and not one spec of dust inside no signs it was even ever used. I still feel as if I somehow got a new unit by accident! I personally don't feel I will ever buy another brand new computer again. strictly used from the back market from now on. and ...

The fact that it's (mostly) upgrade-able is the important part for me, I just needed something with a GPU. That said, I have a lot of issues with this. Firstly it's Windows 11 only, which sucks, but most people know that so I'm skipping it as a point. ASUS' approach to hardware control is truly awful. All hardware control has been relegated from the BIOS to Armoury Crate, which is the bloatware that ASUS keeps installed on the motherboard. What that means is that if you completely wiped everything from the laptop and did a fresh install of Windows, you would have no way to control the power consumption, fan speed, GPU usage, etc, without installing garbage software.
