I purchased the Google pixel 7 in fair condition, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised, it looked brand new!. it had a few scratches on the metal and some very minor and small scratches on the screen. the phone works great and I'm very happy with what I got

I found out about this website/company in a You-tube documentary on recycling mobile phones. They have a good variety of products at a very good price (with or without trade-in). I traded in my Pixel 6a and upgraded to Pixel 7. Trade-In offer was more than what google would offer, thus it was an easy decision. My Pixel 6a was in a pristine condition and the phone I received as a trade-in is of excellent condition also. The trade-in process is very easy; a few days after I received my phone, they sent me a shipping kit with a label, and padded envelopes for sending in my trade-in phone. It takes approximately a week-10 days to receive the trade-in money, which is transferred to your bank. I am going to upgrade all my family's phones soon too. Great experience!

phone looks brand new, acts and responds like a new phone. I will be telling the people I know that black market is good place to do business ..but did not have the cable to transfer from my old phone

My experience has been mostly good. The phone came quickly, looked new, and runs fine. I've had no problems with it software wise. My only complaint is that the wide angle rear camera shattered, and with no impact whatsoever. I take good care of my phones, but it looks like it's been shot. I'll probably try replacing the glass at some point, but for now, I've got tape on it. It's disappointing, because I got this phone for the camera, and I took good care of it, but now that part is broken and looks nasty.

Great purchasing experience! I spent a lot of time on reddit and other forums trying to figure out if BackMarket was legit. Read a lot of mixed reviews, but I didn't want to pay full price for a new phone. Purchased a "Good" condition phone from a seller with solid reviews and I couldn't be happier! The phone came in a generic cardboard box, but it looks absolutely new. I don't think I'll ever buy a new phone again.

No complaints, phones been working fantastic. Chose this because my former pixel 6 battery was exploding. This specific phone was like $80 cheaper in excellent condition simply because people didn't seem to want the color? I found a cool anime case so don't even see it. The only way you would know it wasn't brand new was minor color loss in the charging port, otherwise it looks and functions like it's brand new.

phone came absolutely pristine! honestly could have fooled me for it being brand new, I did miss the delivery and it required signature but I got it from the post office the next day, first time ever ordering from back market, and so far so good!!!
