Google Pixel 7, I chose the unlocked black version in excellent condition. The phone showed up on time and looking brand new, a sticker on it that said A+ grade. It had android 13 to start and quickly updated to 15, the software functions as it should and It cloned my older Pixel without any problem. I couldn’t be happier with the results through Back Market.

very skeptical of if this was like real bc I didn't have a lot of money and I would literally kms if it was a scam and well I'm still alive I LOVE OT YOU CAN'T TELL IT'S EVEN REFURBISHED MWAH BACK MARKET GIVE ME A SMOOCH !!

This was my second attempt at buying this phone. The first one I sent back because it wouldn't charge normally. This one arrived with the microphone not working. I eventually figured out that the microphone port at the bottom of the phone was clogged up with dirt, and I managed to clean it up enough to get it working again. Surely this would be a standard thing to check when refurbishing a phone to resell it. Otherwise, the phone seems fine.

I've always been skeptical with these so called refurbished products, let alone electronics. But I am absolutely satisfied with my recent purchase on here. Not only is the phone in excellent condition at a steal price, but it was also easy enough to get it going with the service of my choice . Very happy with this purchase.

The Pixel 7 came in near brand new condition. Have been using it for a few weeks, and it's working perfectly. Would buy refurbished phones from Back Market again.

Not sure if it's the model of the phone, or this specific phone that has issues. Fingerprint scanner very finicky, I've retrained several times. Occasionally I'll try to unlock only 1 time and it will give me an error I've attempted too many times and have to use a pin. "OK Google" feature didn't work at first and trying to retrain voice only gives me a "Having trouble connecting" error, unable to successfully retrain. "Unlocked" phone seemed to want to set itself up as T-mobile. I was unable to use Esim and had to order physical SIM card. I have loved all of my Pixel phones, not as impressed with this one.

honestly really impressed with it phone is like perfect I got it in good condition and it only has small nic around the body which put a case on you don't notice was easy to setup didn't have any problems getting my phone number put on it one thing I will say is I feel like sometimes the battery is not good and sometimes the fingerprint won't recognize my finger

The on/off/volume buttons on my new device don't really "snap" when you click them like the old phone. It feels like they are going to stop working in the near future. That being said, it's a great looking phone that visually looks new and works great.
