Not only is the phone in excellent condition at a steal price, but it was also easy enough to get it going with the service of my choice . 4.9/5I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. The set-up went smoothly and so far the only issue I have is I wish they had left the finger print ID button on the back of the phone as it does not always engage. This was my first buying experience with Back Market and the first time I've bought anything reconditioned. 4.5/5I purchased the lemongrass color in the fair tier and the phone came basically brand new and was flawless. The only way I could tell it was used was because of a little gunk in the USBC port. Don't expect to get a good quality USBC cord, as the one that shipped with the phone was an unbranded Amazon basics one. If you want/need a good quality cord you should order or buy one separately. The only problems I've had with this unit is having to flash an update and having shotty service, but that is the fault of T-Mobile and not the refurbisher. I'm able to get 5-7 hours of screen on time from a full charge, and is able to make it through most of the day in standby with always on display, occasional texting, Spotify playing in the background, and charging at night.Google Pixel 7 128GB - Green - UnlockedPurchased on October 20, 2023

4.8/5I'm very pleased with my Google Pixel 7. It looks new and has no scratcehes on it. The process for ordering was easy and the phone arrived on time. One thing I'm disappointed about is the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as my phones in the past have, two days, needing charged only every other day. I've tried to be sure there aren't apps running the background and even turn the phone off at night in an effort to not have it die during the second day. But the past week, the battery has gotten very low in the early evening of the second day. 5/5The Google Pixel 7 that I bought arrived quickly and was in almost new condition. The battery cycle count was at 27 and lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase. In fact, I ordered a Pixel 6 for my wife. Hopefully it's in as good of shape as this one when it comes in. 5/5I am not a techy person and only have a cell phone because it is required to live in the real world today. My old one was at death's door. I needed more memory and wanted a better camera. With the help of some techy younger relatives I chose a Google Pixel 7. Ordering from Back Market was straightforward and simple. The phone arrived in pristine condition within a couple of days, looking like a brand new phone. With help (a lot of it) I got the data transferred from my old phone and was up and running. The battery life is great, the phone is so much faster than my old one and the camera is excellent. I am very pleased with my purchase but will probably use about 1% of the features on this phone.
