I just got my order today, plugged it all in and it’s very very very slow, might reconsider purchasing a better pc later on.

Great service The HP Compact Elite 800 was sent the day I ordered and it showed up when it was supposed to. I am also very with I7 Procare running at 3.7 GHz. Very fast lots of computer for a low price.

Fast delivery, very nicely packaged, with everything ready including the wireless USB, although the mouse was broken and not received the replacement yet. Over all, very happy about this computer, feels like a brand new machine, only got a little problem with the outlook email (can't set up other email accounts besides the outlook one). Not a big deal though, a very GOOD buy, highly recommend it!

We actually got to try the warranty, and it is good. The 1st pc made a loud noise, and soon quit powering up. We shipped it back, received a refund, and upgraded our purchase. It would have been nice to upgrade in the return, but I got refunded, and purchased another, next best thing. The upgraded pc is a very nice pc. No loud noises, operates fluently. I had purchased a phone here, and it still works, so I took a chance on a larger purchase. The 2nd pc performs flawlessly.

Didn’t even send the correct model. Obviously has no problem scamming and lying to customers.

The product worked fine and is what I expected. My only issue was the description of the CD/DVD drive. It was a read only device and I needed read/write device. I was able to switch out the read/write drive from my old computer to the new computer to get what I needed.

Customer service is good. Computer is not good. I really wanted to love it.. but, sadly, I DO NOT. The DVD player does not work... Computer doesn't read it at all. And the computer does not stay connected to the WiFi... it goes in and out every few minutes. These are 2 problems that I can't live with. I want a refund and Send someone to take this thing back, please. THanks Liz Pine

I had a great experience. The product shipped quick and arrived well packaged, undamaged and worked great once plugged up. Computer boots up super fast and does exactly what I needed.

I bought this 6 months ago and have had no issues. I have never had issues with speed and I am a day trader. Thankful for this!
