This laptop is incredible! I am a full time student and the flexibility and organization of this laptop is a game changer. Everything was packaged really well and I’ve had it for about five months now and absolutely love it!

I really enjoyed this computer the first year I owned it. However, one day the hinge seized up on the lid and caused the screen to crack. Upon submitting a claim to Lenovo under the extended warranty I purchased, I learned that the serial number of my device has had repairs/claims submitted and completed (that I did not request), during the time that I've owned the machine.
This information has cause me to question the credibility of Backmarket's suppliers and I don't think I'll be purchasing another machine here again. I expected more trustworty sources from this website.
