great product

the product is great! all of the system specs were accurate. packaging was safe, product came unharmed. my only complaint is that the item was listed with desktop for factor and it is much smaller. I was hoping to install a GPU later down the line.

I previously purchased an HP Elitedesk 800 from you guys. I have an insurance agency and these machines are a great match for how we use them. A lot of internet activity and some inbound processing with Excel and Word, etc. The price/performace for the machines is outstanding.

I'm very impressed with how easy it was to set up my "new" computer. I'm 69 and a little challenged when it comes to technology. I was dreading the set-up, but it couldn't have been any easier with the step by step instructions. My new computer works great and of course I saved a ton of money buying refurbished. I'm very happy with the product!

Package arrived on time and in good shape. Very easy setup. I ordered 2 HP EliteDesk 800's and will more than likely order my next replacements from Back Market. I own an Insurance Agency and these machines are great for sales force use.

Very happy with my purchase. Bought it to play an older game, (The Sims 3+ all expansion and stuff packs) and it runs its beautifully. Great buy.
