Shipping was super quick and the monitor exceeded my expectations! I’ve recommended backmarket to all of my family!

It works very well. I had an issue with the computer tripping over but I realized it was it was not properly screwed . It is standing still for now, but I’m still a little concerned about it standing upright.

The only negative issue I had with this order is that the power cable it came with doesn't plug into an outlet, and only into the back of a PC, which I don't currently have. So, I had to use other cables.

These monitors are great! All cords and stand pieces included, came in great condition, timely delivery. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Honestly the lack of a power cable and screws for the stand was surprising as this was my first ever pc and monitor bought. Overall good experience, will update when I get cash to buy a power cable and screws 💀🙏

I have now ordered a HP P27h G4 two different times from this company. BOTH times they have sent me the WRONG monitor. Best part, the monitor CLEARLY states on the back of it that it is a Z27i. When I tried calling them, go figure, they didn't answer. Absolutely terrible!
