Purchased the fair level for a child, everything seems in line/or better with that. The case is perfect with just a couple light, hairline scratches on the screen. Operationally it is great. Shipping was great as well.

I was very surprised when the condition said "fair" and when it arrived, it was practically brand new. Screen wasn't scratched at all, I think the only reason it was marked fair was there was a tiny scuff on the upper edge on the back. Like, you're not even going to see that. Especially when you put it in a protective case like I did. It works perfectly, updated to current firmware and is AMAZING for an artist like me. Never buying from this website again, bought this item at the beginning of this month, had to return it 3x because I paid extra for an excellent unit but received units that are broken, cracked screen.

Works great, quality as described, good price, fast shipping. This is the second iPad I’ve ordered from back market and both experiences have been awesome. Will definitely keep using them as my go to for refurbished devices.

Device was sent in fair condition at best, though my device was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. It was also shipped with a micro usb instead of the appropriate usb-c cable. BackMarket responded quickly and was gracious for the most part. I returned the device for inspection with little hassle. However, the vendor was slow to correspond and rude. I traded in my older device so I was without a device for the whole process. After an almost three-week process, I was simply told I’d receive a refund. I ordered from Amazon Renewed and received the same device (which appeared brand new) for $20 cheaper, THE NEXT DAY.
