Device was sent in fair condition at best, though my device was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. It was also shipped with a micro usb instead of the appropriate usb-c cable. BackMarket responded quickly and was gracious for the most part. I returned the device for inspection with little hassle. However, the vendor was slow to correspond and rude. I traded in my older device so I was without a device for the whole process. After an almost three-week process, I was simply told I’d receive a refund. I ordered from Amazon Renewed and received the same device (which appeared brand new) for $20 cheaper, THE NEXT DAY.
