Truly a wonderful buy and worth the money. It had little to no damage on it and could instantly start using it when I turned it on. Would definitely recommend getting one of your on the fence of getting a new one from apple.

2nd tablet I bought from them... 1st ipad I bought for my son.. was also in perfect condition.. this one I purchased for myself.... this tablet was in great condition... no problems at all came super quick as well overall happy with my purchase.

Very happy with the device, works great, however there was two relatively deep scratches in the screen but I'm aware thats kind of the cost of refurbished goods. The scratches do not impact screen performance or looks, it's really just noticeable with certain screen colors or when the screen is off.

iPad came almost fully charged ! I am upgrading from the iPad Mini 6 to a Pro, and at first glance I love the bigger screen. The iPad just needed to be updated and all my data transferred over seamlessly. I ordered the iPad in Excellent Condition and you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was Refurbished. It looks practically brand new. Definitely will be buying from Back Market again !!

Bought a refurbished iPad Pro 11-in (2018) and it works fine! It has a spot where the screen dimples or warps slightly when I touch it/draw on it, which is a little problematic as a digital artist, drawing being the primary use case for this device, but I also recognize that it was a decent price, and I bought it at "Fair" quality. I didn't expect the quirk, but so far it isn't a real problem.

The iPad Pro 11" I purchased was as advertised, and I am overall very happy with it. I am lowering the review because there was a label sticker directly on the back of the iPad that was very difficult to remove. Even after I got the sticker removed, I had to use rubbing alcohol to remove the sticker residue. So overall, a good product, but not so great treatment of the product by the seller.

Great experience, I was need a newer ipad that was larger. Super satisfied with purchase, delivery, and activation. I have bought from Walmart and Amazon and have had to return their devices. I will be sharing this as an option to others! I need this for school to take notes. I use good notes, also pinterest and Reddit absolutely popp on this device. My generic pen totally works with it.
